Be prepared though people. This right here is most likely going to take you several hours to actualy complete. There is a BIG element of randomness at play here, largely with how the AI enemies move and react to your presence. The other big factor at play here is simply luck. My biggest advice is trying to be as far away as possible while Crota is between you and the target you're finishing. The speed of flying in with the finisher from distance is what seems to launch him. If you're too close to Crota and the target, then it often won't work. But distance isn't always easy to keep track of when you're worried about invisibility timers and being melted. The other thing is positioning. They can't see you, but they CAN hear you jumping and WILL follow the sound of it. They also react to being touched as a group. If you touch ANY one of them after smoke bombing them, Crota heads over directly to where you're standing shortly afterwards. This is vital for getting Crota and the finishable knights into position. I got it to work with arcane banishment finisher on my hunter and used omni not graviton I first was trying to do it with void titan and severance enclosure when u finish someone everyone goes flying but I couldn't really stay alive to get too many chances at it
Honestly it's not as luck based as one might think. I've done this on all classes on both normal and master mode. And 3 extra times on my Hunter on Master mode because hunter is the easiest class to do it on. The 3 extra times on my Hunter was last night on Master mode and took me about 40 minutes for all 3 completions. Honestly, the first attempt in this video was spot on and probably would've worked if Crota wasn't so close to that back wall. You can see that he kind of goes up but since there's a bunch of other knights crowded behind him and then the wall right behind the knights, there's no clear flight path for Crota. Too much blockage. I would try to blind the knights and go invis a little bit closer to the center. Also, personally, I only leave 3 knights at finisher status and kill the rest. With all 6 knights it gets too crowded and opens up the possibility of one them blocking crota from going flying. And also with 6 knights, too often I was finishing a knight that I wasn't trying to finish. Hope this helps anyone trying to do this. Edit: In my experience, I don't need to be touching any knights after going invisible to get crota to come over. Instead, I back up and wait. He'll come over. I use that time to watch crota walk over to see when he lines up with one of my knights and plan the exact timing of activating my finisher.
Didnit a few times on PS5, as invis hunter. What seems to work for me looking at my videos, is timing the finsiher as he is slamming the ground so his body is more in the way of the finsiher
yo this is great. especially the tips about nudging the knights. i have had a lot of luck with conditional finality for the wizard and the knights. two shots kills each one of them.
Graviton explanation is incorrect, your melee recharge rate while invisible increases whether you're near enemies or not (400%), but it's further increased when you're near enemies (600%-800% depending on the number of enemies). Helpful guide though, would have probably saved me a couple hours in attempts earlier this week

How should one aim the finisher, because ive been sprinting and jumping into the finisher and its been slightly launching him but he never goes far enough

I did mine on warlock with the stag helmet. Took like 15 runs, hut i got it done
I did this on my first try and it didn't count for my rank 11 challange, them I tried for 3 hours and could never get it a second time

how do i choose a punchline, when i save the others, and leave only the one i need, my character proceeds to perform the ones i saved.
you have to store them and just leave 1 in the finisher inventory
I do it with strand titan with crimson just in case I need the healing and I use a solar fusion for wizards and other half for eager
