I haven’t tatted in years, but this video popped up in my feed and has inspired me to pick up a shuttle once again! Thank you💙 (Oh, the flat knot I call a square knot. I’m in the USA. I think it’s called a reef knot in the UK.)
Very glad to hear you've been inspired to tat again! Oh yes, "flat knot", I literally translated from French (my mother tongue) as we call it a "noeud plat". You are right, "reef knot" is what I should have said! :-)
I’ve been looking through your other videos and now you have posted one! So happy to see you making these Diamond earrings. Imagine a pair in many colors. Hugs and friendship, Maria
If you haven’t can you make beginner video of the different stitches. I found your one beginner on how to start, but don’t know what a pico is. And would love to learn how to make elegant necklaces.
Hello! I'm very new to this but I found it so helpful to have the video and the pattern repeats written out. I *think* that maybe the written pattern doesn't show the join of the first pattern after the chain is made. wouldn't the repeat be: *R3+3-3-3 R3+5-5-3 R3+3-3-3, rw C7, rw repeat from * three times ?
Peace be upon you. How are you, my love? I am very happy about this. I would like you to put a video on the materials we need in this wonderful process, and it will be accompanied by translation. I loved you.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hello, thank you for your comment, just one shuttle, a ball of thread and earring findings are needed. And you can hopefully get subtitles in the language you require by enabling them from the menu underneath the video.
This would be easy to adapt, you could just repeat the pattern as many times as needed, joining it at the points, or else joining it at the sides (depending on the look you prefer), attaching to a clasp when you have achieved the desired length.
I learned how to shuttle tat from your videos. Youre a very good teacher who actually made me understand the flip that needs to happen.
Thank you for your comment Sarah, it's always nice to know the videos are helpful. :-)
Thank you! I have missed you!
Thank you Debra! :-)
Awesome I love it thank you for sharing
You're very welcome, glad you like it! :-)
Lovely as always!
Thank you very much! :-)

Yes, you are right, I should have noted the join on the repeat. I'll go amend it now. Thank you for pointing it out.

What is that magic loop actually used for? I didn't understand
Magic loops enable you to pull your thread ends back into the stitches at the end so you don't have to sew them in.
I need a branslet to those earings. Anyone has a tutorial? Please ❤

thanks a lot! Do you have instagram to mark you there (in my earring post)?
Hello! Thank you for linking, yes I do... you can find me at @la_cossette. I hope you enjoy making the earrings. :-)
