Fiji Airways FJ412 : Flying from Auckland to Nadi

I haven't been to any of the Pacific Islands before so Fiji was the obvious choice! I was lucky enough to fly Fiji Airways to Nadi on their 20 years old Boeing 737-700, DQ-FJF.
In the early hours of the morning, we headed to Auckland International Airport and checked in for our flight. The kiosks weren't working properly for so the staff kindly assisted us. Once we passed through immigration and security, I caught sight of our aircraft which was parked at Gate 15L. Once boarding commenced, we walked to the gate and I promptly settled in Seat 26A. The plane pushed back from the gate and we took off towards Nadi shortly after. Some breakfast was served and I didn't really focus on the IFE. Instead, I looked out the window and saw the islands come into view. We eventually landed and parked at Gate 4. Bags could be collected at carousel 2. The heat was intense and the beautiful culture grabbed our attention. A taxi took us to Denarau Island and it was time to explore. My apologies of the abrupt cuts of the audio at certain points and also for the length of the video :)
