On the other hand, the T-Rex was also bulky, completely not agile (unlike, say an Elephant), it's bones brake easily from concussion, and it's hands, while quite muscled, are next to useless because of it's limited mobility. Lions can run rounds around a T-rex and use bites to the feet to bring them down as a T-Rex' centre of mass is high above the ground and it needs it's tail to balance it's head, giving it a turncycle of 20 feet at least. A fall would quite likely break enough bones in a T-rex for it to die from it. While a lion, falling from the same height would be uninjured. Also, Lions are much better at stalking a T-rex than a T-rex would be at stalking lions. Yes a T-Rex is an awesome beast, but it would struggle in the modern time. Almost every mammal it must eat to get enough nutrients in can outrun it in speed, and they are much more used to the circumstances of the current epoch than dinosaurs would be. And we can't even begin about what the modern day bacteria would do to a T-rex. Even if it ate a modern animal, it would, quite likely, get very sick from it.

Due to the T. rex's feathers, it would have an additional layer of defense. Another advantage that the Tyrannosaurus had was its muscular, clawed arms. Studies also show that Tyrannosaurus hunted with its pack/flock, so it would be rare for a single T. rex to take on a lion pride.
@Desperate Dolphin Then explain why it has scales that evolved from feathers, its closest relative is a tyrannosaurid almost entirely covered in feathers, and it has evidence of feathers.
@Desperate Dolphin I somewhat agree with you. Yutyrannus was indeed a proceratosaurid. But I think that trex had feathers, just not completely covered in them.
@Desperate Dolphin Yutyrannus huali wasn't a proceratousaurid, it was way more evolved, but still an intermedium step between basal Tyrannosauroids and Tyrannosaurids.

@@gridthexenomorph3658 they most likely hunted in pairs. There has been no footage of lions taking down a full grown Male elephant and a trex is way bigger and a carnivore. A trex would easily kill an entire pride
Research has shown that simply tripping a T. rex could end the fight as it would be very difficult for it to get up. In fact archaeology has shown some trexes died from simply falling over because their rib cage was not designed to support several tons sideways. So if lions fought a trex in a forest or where they could jump or topple it, they would stand a really good chance.
no name yeah but does an elephant literally die if he falls on his side? I’m just saying it’s possible, not the expected outcome. Beyond science did an episode on evading or defeating a trex, so I’m just going off what they investigated.
@@lucidzfl Can elephants turn around in an instant? Can elephants out run a lion? Di elephants have teeth like steak knifes and the strongest land animal bite force? Also its extremely hard knock over an animal that weighs that much and has a massive tail for ballance.
Well i think it is impossible, because even if they were a thousand lions against one t-rex, they wouldn't attack it unless they were Starving to death. And if they did, after the first deaths, the lions would back off. But your animations and the video was awesome and entertaining.👍
No lions can't win . No matter how many of them, they can't attack the t Rex at the same time as there is not much space around it . So if a t Rex can handle 5-6 lions then it can handle any number of them (unless the lions keep coming like bugs and exhaust the t Rex)
Since they only attack elephants in times of desperation, Id say a single desperate run in with a Tyrannosaurus and they would learn to hunt any other game in the area. Or better yet, wait for the trex to kill something and just harass it while parts of the pride eat its kill.
Dropout's Production Very true, good point, though I think the video displayed the lions with manes simply for showing that it was a lion - not necessarily to show its sex. I’m saying this because they didn’t mention the sex of the lion in the video, so I don’t think they even thought about taking it into occation
Well, picture it like this; (example) If your passion were to be a boxer, and you have to fight against someone much bigger and buffer than you, would you rather fight and keep punching or punch with a smarter brain? Well, if you fight with a smarter brain than you would most likely have tactics and strategies to think about how you're going to punch or fight the other person, to defeat them. With this strategy, you can fight with a higher asset and win! (Probably) If you were to choose "Keep fighting", you wouldn't lead anywhere because you are not thinking about any tactics, making the fight seem like a never ending match.. Only punching as hard as you can, wouldn't lead anywhere, you know what i mean? I know its not specific and brain size might not matter, but since this video is talking about "Which would win in a fight" than you should actually paint the bigger picture. Does this make sense? Sorry for over-doing it! 😂
The Tyrannosaurus had the strongest land animal bite, but where do you get 431,000psi bite force? A quick search says around 12,800 maximum. As for the strongest bit ever, that'd be the Megalodon, said to be around 40,000psi which is still 10x less than your Trex bite force figure.
🤷♂️ who knows I doubt they would need to exaggerate the number because it’s a lot of pressure. But putting it at Number 1 was just for clickbait. Either way it was dumb because ultimately a lion or even a pride of lions couldn’t beat a T. rex. I understand they wanted King vs King but this was just stupid. that would be amphicoelias or argentinosaurus.

@Desperate Dolphin
Then explain why it has scales that evolved from feathers, its closest relative is a tyrannosaurid almost entirely covered in feathers, and it has evidence of feathers.
TRex would mostly likely have little feathers on the top of it's body. Other than that, no, it didn't have feathers.
@Desperate Dolphin I thought they found feather shaped imprints on the bones of a rex. Otherwise i have no clue between feathers or no feathers

Hahaha thanks eh
Thanks for saving my 6 minutes
Wow really imma skip it then thanks
Thx. But it would take about 5 lions and 4 cheetahs and 3 jaguars and 2 leopards and 1 tiger and 4 dogs and 5 cats. Sooo its about 25 animals
you're not accounting for the fact that T-rex's fight in packs
also you said the T-rex would likely kill *dozens* of loins in the fight... so the entire Loin pack

No allosaurus hunted in packs t.rex didn't.
Well, that is true but I didn't want to accept that the t Rex would lose, but I do understand that
@@gridthexenomorph3658 they most likely hunted in pairs. There has been no footage of lions taking down a full grown Male elephant and a trex is way bigger and a carnivore. A trex would easily kill an entire pride

Watching these lions driving vehicles and using machine guns is the ultimate mood
How about lions and t rexes wearing business suits
Research has shown that simply tripping a T. rex could end the fight as it would be very difficult for it to get up. In fact archaeology has shown some trexes died from simply falling over because their rib cage was not designed to support several tons sideways. So if lions fought a trex in a forest or where they could jump or topple it, they would stand a really good chance.
If lions cant take down a full grown Male elephant than they stand no chance against a trex
no name yeah but does an elephant literally die if he falls on his side? I’m just saying it’s possible, not the expected outcome. Beyond science did an episode on evading or defeating a trex, so I’m just going off what they investigated.
@@lucidzfl Can elephants turn around in an instant? Can elephants out run a lion? Di elephants have teeth like steak knifes and the strongest land animal bite force? Also its extremely hard knock over an animal that weighs that much and has a massive tail for ballance.
@@lucidzfl Its basically like you vs some house cats. Can a house cat knock you over? Very unlikely

Mosquitos : I'm about to end this dino whole species.
Well i think it is impossible, because even if they were a thousand lions against one t-rex, they wouldn't attack it unless they were Starving to death. And if they did, after the first deaths, the lions would back off. But your animations and the video was awesome and entertaining.👍
He said retreat was not an option though
This was a theoretical video. It said if the lions did attack the t.rex and dint back of or retreat.
This seems pretty possible because the t-rex could be very hungry and the lion's are just defending themselves.
Inagine the lions being as committed as WWII Japanese.
No lions can't win . No matter how many of them, they can't attack the t Rex at the same time as there is not much space around it . So if a t Rex can handle 5-6 lions then it can handle any number of them (unless the lions keep coming like bugs and exhaust the t Rex)
“Who would win?”
“It’s impossible to guess”

@Prussian Eagle You explained a joke, that's retarded...
Hahaha
So will the South.
I love how the T-Rex threw a bone at the Giraffes head 😂😂😂
It simply wouldn't be worth it. I doubt they would even ever consider attacking a t-rex
Since they only attack elephants in times of desperation, Id say a single desperate run in with a Tyrannosaurus and they would learn to hunt any other game in the area. Or better yet, wait for the trex to kill something and just harass it while parts of the pride eat its kill.
Lions don't hunt normally. It's the lionesses who make the kill.
Dropout's Production A lioness is still a lion. That’d be like saying most nurses aren’t human, they’re women.
The graphics showing maned lions hunting in packs looks awkward as its very unlikely ( impossible) in nature.
Dropout's Production Very true, good point, though I think the video displayed the lions with manes simply for showing that it was a lion - not necessarily to show its sex. I’m saying this because they didn’t mention the sex of the lion in the video, so I don’t think they even thought about taking it into occation
Lions are lazy and just guard the cubs while the lionesses do all the hunting.
And they even called a group of lions "Pack" of Lions,it is "Pride" of lions
"Pack" of lions?
I thought it was pride 💀

You know brain size doesn’t matter, like at all, right?
Well, picture it like this; (example)
If your passion were to be a boxer, and you have to fight against someone much bigger and buffer than you, would you rather fight and keep punching or punch with a smarter brain? 😂
It does trx hater
It does to some degree. Sauropods and stegosaurs are two of the stupidest dinosaurs due to their tiny brains.
It does
The Tyrannosaurus had the strongest land animal bite, but where do you get 431,000psi bite force? A quick search says around 12,800 maximum. As for the strongest bit ever, that'd be the Megalodon, said to be around 40,000psi which is still 10x less than your Trex bite force figure.
🤷♂️ who knows I doubt they would need to exaggerate the number because it’s a lot of pressure. But putting it at Number 1 was just for clickbait. Either way it was dumb because ultimately a lion or even a pride of lions couldn’t beat a T. rex. I understand they wanted King vs King but this was just stupid. And I wish they wrote the script to this as a large joke.
Check their sources. They list them below the video. I kid you not, half of their sources are pages on Wikipedia! This is outrageous and they need to be called out for it!
No animal has that much psi bite force! Calcium would crush into powder under that level of pressure.
Next Battle Pls Do Snail Vs Caterpillar Who Would Be Win?
The caterpillar... if the battle was on land. Some can spit acidic substances that would franklykill the snail. In the water, however, the caterpillar would drown before the snail really did anything.
Caterpillar because Its actually An excavator..
Snail would win because of it's poison unless it's the very hungry caterpillar
Snail, because it can, umm, slither? It can slither at the speed of -mcdonalds kitchens- light. It is literally capable of running so fast it would split the caterpillar`s atoms. But, snails don`t run at their fastest because they`re too bored.

I think 100 lions can take a T. rex. As you said, lions will eventually tire the dinosaur out by trying to bite it in every direction. And when the T. rex is feeling tired they can go in for the kill and rip it’s eyes out and bite it’s belly.
