Ingredients
Mutton - 800 grams
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbs p
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 2 cups
Cooking oil - ½ cup
Cinnamon Stick - 2 inches
Black Cardamom - 1
Green Cardamom - 4
Caraway Seeds - ½ tsp
Star Anise - 1
Mace - ¼ piece
Cloves - 7
Black Pepper - ½ tsp
Bay Leaves - 2
Chopped Onion - 1 medium Sized
Garlic Cloves - 6 to 7
Green Chilies - 6 to 7
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Mint Leaves - 12 to 15
Coconut - 3 to 4 inches
Lemon juice - 4 tsp
Water - 3 tbsp
Yogurt - ½ cup
Coriander Seeds powder - 2 tsp
Fennel Seeds Powder - 2tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder - ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/8 tsp
Water - 6 cups
Rice - 4 cups
Salt - As per Taste
Green Chilies - 3 to 4
