Borneo didnt attack the Queensland Transports, it was Iraq (with Submarines). 7 Rockets would not have been able to destroy your stack in NA. Also most of my rockets (30+) were stationed in Asia and aimed at Borneos Bunkers. I wish we could have continued that war against them, it wouldve been challenging! I think I was able to win this by just being very agressive from very early on. Also armored cars were extremely helpful in conquering unoccupied land and underestimated by most.

I was Germany and finished taking all of Eastern Europe and Russia but Turkey decided to bombard me with rocket's and so I kept rushing troops into Turkey only to be killed so I switched up my strategy and invaded from the Egypt region, the northern region of Turkey was basically a wall of fortified bunkers with troops defending. Throughout the game, I was wondering why he didn't go on the offensive. Then with a little help of espionage, all his troops were gathering in the Romania region preparing to rush straight for Berlin.

IMO Libya is the best nation to pick, most oil of any country, in Africa (best spot IMO), pretty good location, has the German troops equipment (just looks the best of all unit types) and it’s a nice green colour (if your gonna pain the map your Colour, make it a nice one). I got a solo 100 win as libya. South Africa is also quite nice, Finland not bad, North Sudan good oil but 3 enemies at start, Iraq or saudi good oil too, French Sudan, Nigeria, all good picks. Nigeria probs a safe one as good oil and only one starting neighbour. Africa is my favourite starting spot - good amount of room to expand and great oil, europe is pretty bad, not much space to expand, ME good oil but tough as multiple directions to get hit from (but also lots to expand into), Asia has limited oil but good space to expand, Russia is too big to expand so hard and slow, Oceania just sucks, slowest expansion, South America pretty good but no oil super powers there and same with North America but slightly harder expansion as more enemies. Also kinda sucks I wasn't able to play for a couple days near the end, surgery and all that, But not like I had a chance! It was a fun game. We were not surprised at all, we knew Syria and all them were gonna attack, but like, we couldn't do much anyways. There was an attempt at peace between North and South America, but it was waaaay too late. Just something, 7 rockets probably not going to take out 20 troops, does depend on what troops (high HP or not) but you’d get a good amount of damage done for sure! X-factor would mean your very unlikely to dish out 100% damage. Also when using rockets sending them out in smaller attacks (1-3) I find is better just for how combat works for attacking, stack sizes, SBDE, and some other complex stuff I doubt you’d care (nor do you need to know) to really understand. But smaller stacks for rockets are generally better IMO. Also if you simple move a little bit rockets will miss. So if enemy uses rockets just add some add targets and move them around in a 1-2 hour radius or what ever constantly and if they never stop rockets pretty much can’t hit you. Some players will try to engage you in combat then hit you with rockets tho.
Diplex, you should try Conflict of Nations. It's a modern setting with modern units for eg. Tanks, aircraft, infantry, etc. There are also cruise missiles with nuclear capability. There are 4x game modes where all research is 4x faster (1hr is 4 in-game hours) so if you want a quick game and want to upload fast, I definitely recommend this game.
I played this way back when but I will join the next game, I was either gonna play as germany and reform to the German empire but I know everyone would be gunning for me first so I think I'll just stick with the U.S but if we're near each other I could ally with ya

They have a WW1 and early colonize version of this. The WW1 game has no unit levels and infantry auto recruits as long as you have a RC. Tech like this one (factories, units) is locked by day progression. The colonial one has 3 sub "factions" you can choose from. Colonial for fast expansion and cheap (but poor) troops. Military for better forts and better quality troops. Merchant/economy for faster economic construction, a small bonus to economy. And the most expensive (but also best quality) troops. I don't like the colonial versions building system were every province has a level and you are limited by what you can build according to the provinces level.
I want this to be a sort of community event that happens every so often.
