I really wish you hadn't added 3:30:00 of ambiance to the story, it messed with my sleep. There are literally millions of rain sound videos on TH-cam, you don't have to do it too. I love the stories just as they are please release a version without the rain sounds 😊
There should be ambient rain sounds, but it is not too high. We wanted to avoid some ads at the end in case someone fell asleep while listening, to avoid waking people up with some very loud ads. We don't have ads at the end, but the next video might have it. We will be trying with music at the end in some of the next videos.
@@SoothingPod I just wanted to say that this was perfect for me. I agree with everything you say here. All too often I am jarred awake by overly loud 'ambient music' or adverts crashing in, having been lulled so peacefully asleep by the story. So it was an absolute delight to wake up to this video still going but keeping all other noise at bay. These videos are actually incredibly rare, so thank you 💗
Rain??? I just woke up, and instead of the beautiful voice of Arif to lull me back to sleep, I hear rain! If I wanted rain sounds, I would subscribe to one of those channels. Disappointed….
@maggiemay3108 the stories are usually not longer than an hour, but this time I think they just added the silent (no rain sounds for me) with images for the rest of it maybe to not wake people up. Other channels add in a similar thing after the story too.
It seems pretty clear in the chapters that it is less than forty minutes of speaking. I understand your disappointment as listening to the voice makes my brain feel like it’s purring. I still think the videos are really good and it’s overall a great, well rounded channel.

I don’t listen to the channels that have rain, thunderstorms, waves crashing, etc. because, quite honestly, my subconscious hears that, and it triggers a trip to the bathroom 🤭 I think that’s what happened that night. I would just prefer silence after the story rather than rain.

Why is the video fully silent after the story?? Not even music. Should there be?
