I've only used 2 tablets in my entire life - Wacom Intuos Draw S (2016-2018) - One By Wacom M (2018-now) Both are bigger than this one, but I generally recommend any tablet that is bigger to newcomers because of the possible damage. Even the Intuos Draw S was pretty hard on my wrist, and the other can also be if I'm not really careful. So if anyone is looking for a tablet for anything other than quick photo editing I highly recommend getting a bigger one. Also, those cords that can't be unplugged can be really bad, especially if someone is using it while traveling with a laptop. I'd always be anxious about them.
That is pretty dead on actually. I'm doing a digital art starter kit video next and I have another tablet coming to test for it that is around the 10-in range and it should be way more comfortable and usable. That's said as tiny as this little tablet is it is certainly better than the Wacom graphire 3 I started with in the early 00's.
Thank you for the review I just got one delivered from AliExpress to here in Pennsylvania. My plan was to use as a starting pad to start 3d sculpting so hopefully itll work for me just starting out
just a question, do you have to hold a button like how you draw with a mouse or when it comes contact with the drawing pad it automatically presses for you, sorry if this is a stupid question i've never had a drawing tablet before, do you also think that it'll be left handed friendly?
It should be fine either hand :) and to your question, the way these work is via a pressure sensitive tip, you don't have to press a button you literally just press down with however much pressure you want and it will communicate that to the computer. It does this with some electro-magnetic resonance computer black magic but gist is that it just works.
@@noctis_lucis29 They are almost identical though for the extra cost you get a replaceable cable and it can do tilt, otherwise they are pretty much the same.
You really don't, there is nothing you can do on a screen tablet that could not be accomplish on this if you give it time to get used to the eye-hand coordination needed. There are even some upsides like not having your arm/hand blocking your view while working. Also to get a screen tablet is significantly more expensive and thats just not accessible to poorer/younger artists.
Thanks for the review, I was looking into a cheap drawing tablet for drawing out notes. This was super helpful!
Glad it was helpful!
I can barely manipulate it enough to write and here you are drawing beautiful things with it 😅

What programme do you use to draw?
I primarily use Clip Studio Paint and sometimes photoshop for final touch ups!
thank you
20 dollars?!?!?
I got it for below 10 bucks
But still very nice review
It's like drawing on a phone then.
What of you just want to take notes electronically instead of draw?
It should work fine for that though there will still be a learning curve if you never used one before.
how to use it on android?
You willl need to plug the phone into a usb-c to usb-a hub/adapter and then the tablet into the hub. Hope that helps!.

i think this tablet was mainly designed for osu! gameplay, hence why it's so small & cheap :D
That is correct It is primarily an osu tablet but it is perfectly useable for drawing if you need to get started on basically no budget.
@@nataliearts yea i had it for osu but sadly it randomly stopped working so i bought an used for 15$ ctl 472 today and i love it :D

You definitely don't lol, your eyes sync up with the screen and your hands
