Something to think about- after performing multi songs before, with no stop, V had to rush to change and came back up for his Singularity performance. Right after that, with no stop, change and perform Fake Love (another strenuous song). ALL members work extremely hard...but at least they had a small break during V's Singularity performance. He still gave unbelievably mesmerizing performance...just amazing. After he was done he was so exhausted that he almost passed out and staffs had to give him oxygen. Imagine doing that for the WHOLE Tour that lasted a few months with traveling almost non-stop. My heart 🥺. I love all members but V will always be my ultimate bias

But Kim Taehyung is the most sensitive,emotional and the purest of souls... Kim Taehyung since his debut showed an impressive maturity as a stage artist. He isn't common mainly because he's from a culture that has no tradition as a stage artist, but sorry, rather trained idols. Beautiful voice, an exceptional ability in dance, such as posture, precision, perfection and details of movements, without excesses and according to the musical time and the message of the music. He dances the music. He puts feeling, emotion that by being expressed even by a simple gaze. This is the domain of body and scene. He creates an always aesthetically pleasing performance. This is art. That's why he isn't only a dancer, but a performer. Singularity brings together good vocals, a technically flawless dance and an excellent mastery of performing arts. Taehyung attracts the audience's attention for the quality of his stage mastery skills, not for excessive movements. I'm sorry and saddened for 4 years to see an artist with so much potential hidden in a kpop group being so devalued and depreciated by fandom. He isn't just idol. He has the expression and feeling of an artist. But,unfortunately he has no promotion his skills as a singer, dancer and performer and partly this reason, he's so belittled by BTS fans. That's why it's even difficult for the fandom to accept that someone makes a reaction to Taehyung's performances and always has to mention so insistently only those promoted by the agency.

@@stufr.reacts i don't think he is. I think this fan has their own opinion. V before he moved to Saul wanted to be a dancer and had training and he was told to give up. That he would never become a dancer. Because of BTS and Big Hit he was finally able to achieve his dream and become a dancer. Even J-Hope says V's dancing is complicated. If you watch more interviews and their shows you will learn more about each member. =0)
V is beyond KPOP, he is a completely ARTIST in all the expressions, this man is a genius.

You are watching a stage mix... It seems like a backtrack, because, to make the video, they pick the sound of just one of the peformances to put over for all of them. It would be better to pick just one next time 😘

YES. Hence why this stagemix is not the best when it comes to properly showcasing Singularity stage. I have watched every single one of Singularity performances (and one of it live!), I have to say this stage mix takes away some of it's "magic". Each one of the performance is DIFFERENT. He changes some moves, expressions etc. He is very playful on stage. This mix makes it look like they're all the same.
Yeah, I always say V knows how to make love to an audience, he knows exactly what he is doing. I agree with you, I do not particularly care for stage mixers, but if you could find a live performance of V with that feathered black long Roman, I believe that is his best one. I guess, because he is all in black, and that black hair wowsie, V is also my bias. Maybe an army can send a link to you to watch the one with the feathered Robe on.

just want to say that Taehyung is something else, his stage presence i’ve never seen anything like it.... Also, you should react to jin’s solos Awake and Epiphany because you will see a diferent kind of stage presence but as captivating as this, jin really makes me emotional especially with epiphany, I think people don’t really apreciate how much emotion jin can transmit when he’s singing, you can really feel the song

Taehyung is the idol of all idols. The one whose stage presence and mannerism a lot of rookie’s are heavily inspired by. If you enjoyed singularity, you would probably enjoy serendipity as well, which is Jimin’s solo song from the love yourself series. His stages for that are incredible too. To be honest each of their solos are mesmerising, and special in their own way 💜

When I saw him live in Seoul he was wearing the black feather suit and when he started to sing everyone in the stadium went quiet just mesmerised by his vocals and performance. Like what he says in Break the Silence he melts into the performance. V is my ultimate bias just watch out in Pied piper all members captivate the audience but the look that V gives to Jin DAMN!! taehyung is quite literally THE king of facial expressions. many idols watch videos/fancams of his live performances in hopes of getting some pointers and techniques. the thing about tae is that he can get the crowd going with just his expressions alone (especially during his singularity stages), which i think is amazing in itself since he's such a phenomenal dancer as well. the way he can switch from sultry to serious to flirty to cute in quick, rapid successions is honestly amazing. he knows how attractive he is, and that's so sexy to me.
his stage presence is on another level, and imo only rivals that of hoseok's/jhope's. ✨ i'd like to recommend his fancam of we are bulletproof by off the rec_v!

If you pay attention, V puts on a completely different performance for every stage. Sometimes he wants to express the sensuality, loneliness, regretfulness, etc. of the song.
In that part, just pay attention to his facial expressions and body movement. He looks sorrowful. V beautifully and effortlessly tells a story whenever he performs.
I love whenever V performs cheeky and fun songs like GoGo, Baepsae, War of Hormone, etc. because he brings in an even wider variety of facial expressions. He’ll make funny faces, flash cute smiles, pout, and tease the audience with one of his sexier expressions. Watching his fancams is honestly such a blast.

I was at their concert in Berlin (2018) and I remember being blown away by his performance of Singularity. It was my very first (and only) time seeing them live and I knew all of them had great stage presence but Taehyung was just... wow.. he definitely left an impression on me

Tae is a man, who every actor and singer wants to imitate in Korea. He said he was inspirated by Rain when he was younger (another actor, singer and dancer korean man). But Tae and Jimin were much closer friend than the rest of the bts boys. Everything about this man is unique and captivating, and this is why he’s my ultimate bias. How do you go from making a goofy face and being the purest of babies one minute to killing armys all over the world just with one stare??? Tae can sing R&B, Neo soul, Indie pop, Kpop and he used to play the Saxophone when he was younger. I heard he has been learning Jazz, as well. Anyway, All the boys were on MBC RADIO in Korea, and V, said he was inspired by RAIN as a singer and actor. A very well known Korean singer and actor, what he is very well known in EEUU, too. I could listen to them on radio with English subt. The interview was after they were 1st on the billboard with Dynamite, during two weeks. And the interview was made by Bae Cheol-soo´s Music Camp. (you should watch that programme live in youtube: MBC Radio (Full Eng Sub). I love "Singularity" Anyway, He is an actor, too. He worked in a traditional Drama serie in 2016 with the main actor of "Itaewon Class" that is in Netflix, now. And he sang "Sweet Night" for this serie, too. Anyway, I like his voice in the last part of bts song "Home". I watched "Home" live performance in BUSAN. The City of Jimin and JungKook were born. But V was born in the south of Daegu, very near to Busan. And Jimin and V were close friends from the school days. That is the reason Jimin wrote the song "Friends" to V, this year. What i love about stage-mixes is that it proves BTS are such good performers that you can just find similar angles of a performances and then you'll have exactly the same choreo like really 😂 only differences are outfits and hair color. Imagine how much they should practice to reach that level of perfection like every move is done when it should be.... Sometimes i can't help but think BTS can't just be human like us 😂💜.
Also i won't recommend anything ik you have a lot on ur list so i respect that 😊 i'll just look forward to what's coming.

BTS are stellar performers, group and solo... I hope you'd check out Jimin's Serendipity live... And other BTS solo performances as well, they are top-notch...I would suggest against the stage mix compilation though, cause as much as the editing is well done, it makes it a bit difficult to get the feel of the performance when the imagery keeps changing... love your honest reaction! I always just enjoying singularity live performance but after watching BTS DVD my respect for Taehyung get way higher..
The man who performed continue 7 songs during whole LYS concert a year it's insane..
Specially Singularity after Idol and Before Fake Love..
During Japan concert he just fainted after fake love ( after done all 7 performance continue) and just a min he came back with widest smile on his face on stage with full hype and didn't even realizing us what happen back stage..
It's almost gone 1 year and if we didn't see this on BTS DVD so we will never know about this...
He always sharing his happiness and love with us.. Never sharing his hard time or unhappy moments.. Giving best advice and amazing life quotes and spending precious times with his fans, friends, family and Tannie..
During Covid time he spend his precious time with army on weverse when he's working on his mix tape and bts album still per day came on weverse and interact with fans..
Playing lots of games with fans even creating special room on face ( spending his money for this) creating hash tags for army on twitter to upload their video of playing music instrument ( even he's checking their videos sharing some of SS and liking some of videos)

BTS usually use backing tracks. Is pretty normal, sometimes with less vocals if they are not dancing, sometimes for a lot of parts especially if there's higher notes, ad libs for the rappers... It really depends on what kinda of performance they are doing... And they don't "hide it", you can clearly hear if they stopped singing and is only the backing track, because they usually don't lipsync it, and even if they did you can tell that they were preparing for the next verse... And honestly, this "imperfections" (someone may say) is what makes them perfect to me...

The reason why you think it's a backing track is because they take the live from one performance and play it over the entire compilation. It would sound weird if they used different audios for all of the clips they put in this so they just use one.
