Hi hon. Black soap is also an exfoliant. Should be used like your regular aha/bha that is once or twice a week. The only problem when people use black soap they tend to use everyday like they would a regular cleanser and you can only imagine how harsh that would be on the skin. If black soap is used the right way it works.👌🏾

I used to use black soap too but I’ve read so many negative things about it 🥺. So I switched to using actives like AHAs BHAs and chemical exfoliants
