Thanks for the info. I organize mine in a similar manner. I put label on outside with info what's inside such as chrome, pastels etc. I also put purchase date on each bag as my orders come in. Since I only do jobs twice a month average it helps me so that I can try to use older ones first.
We have used the wire shelves and find that they can collapse if stacked too tall. We fastened ours together with lots of zip ties. And we also fastened the back to the wall in a few places to prevent the shelf from tipping forward and falling on anyone.
This was great thanks. I only have 0.01% of the balloons you have but organizing has become a must. Do you put all your stock in a spread sheet or anything so when clients ask you know what you have and the sizes? Also would you consider doing a tutorial on a twisty organic garland? I've seen them on columns or the rectangle box stands. Thanks!!
thanks for the pointers...enjoyed the video. do you have a inventory system on your balloons as in how many of each color or brand to make it easier for pricing and to help with over ordering?
Nice organization but can I give you a suggestion when you get time? See if you can do labor tags onto the bins that you have. I think it'll be a little more easier so you can just go straight and pick up the color of the balloons and the foil balloons a little easier observations

I don’t keep track of balloons, I know what I have :). I also don’t buy balloons to keep in stock, I purchase as I get a client.

I'm curious on why you didn't pick see through bins? wouldn't that make it easier on your eyes.
True, but also wanted to hide to messiness:)
How long can you keep them before they break down or aren’t as good?
