I think it’s around -3 point blank with a smash toss, less safe with the tilt toss. It can be + on shield depending on travel time and if you’re in the air
From experience and the diddy kong discord. Up toss is even on shield point blank, I think f toss is -7 point blank. Every character has different item toss frame data, you’d have to lab it out for separate characters
The difference between tweeks friendlies diddy and tournament diddy is night and day. I was happy to see his friendlies diddy in the Leo summit set. The dude is just cracked. By far my favorite character to watch.
