@@TranNga3DOrigamis ah thanks very much!! seems there is a typo in this vid here, where it says 2.1 × 3.5 instead of 3.7 ;)
i just built this vase (except bottom). it looks perfect! mine is just slimmer than yours (i Think also the bottom hole is Smaller), i dont know why exactly. In general it feels like it can Fall over relatively easy with some origami flowers in it. at first i thought about glueing it onto a little Plate or something.. but i guess putting some weights in it could solve the issue too

no it's not wrong they're both ok with 3,5 or 3,7 because if cut from a4 just by fold length will be 3,7 , if you want 3,5 you must do more step for have that size , I like to use 3,5 cm for length because it's not too long easy for assembly
your bottom hole is smaller maybe because you didn't use pen for make pieces bigger and open nicer, you can see how to use pen in this video , use pen for pieces before assembly your bottom hole will be bigger

If you're beginner this model will be hard for you , you can do but the result maybe look not as you want , you should start with something more simple like butterfly or basic swan
