I want someone to show capcom these videos of people modding the game taking characters outside of their intended scenarios just to let them see that the game still works, all you need is to make Nero’s garbs work on Dante, and V’s Royal Fork work on him too. (Assuming Royal Fork wasn’t used here because it doesn’t work on Dante) Just give one last update to the games for any character on any mission! And do it in Vergil’s mode with the options for M19, M20 to choose whether you fight Dante or Vergil.
