I just watched your video response now, and you just made me smile that whole damn time 🤣 Seeing that someone else, especially someone who is "further down the road" giving me that type of feedback is amazing! I didn't even really pick up on the impact of some of the words (or style I portray them in) that I was saying, When you pieced it all together in your video and gave it back to me, I was like "woah..." You are so right. About the life around us, about what my mom said and especially about seeing too many cigarette hanging out the mouth, dark room, scary videos. Let's change the narrative! Day 5 and 6 im always suicidal by then....its the depression unlike heroinis a ohysical hell. Suboxone is more of a mental game than heroin to me because it is such a long drawn out detox.
Brilliant analogy! I describe the “waves” like music or the ocean, the start like a storm, then they calm… small ones with a few big in between that get smaller each time ;) and once a big one passes, get moving! Even if it seems like the last thing u want to do, your body will thank you!
