If you have the speedy infusion perk additionally, the 20% will be divided between these two. The amount of infused dishes does not change. So if you want a specific infusion, you shouöd toggle off the other ones. Especially the likeable cooking perk since you don't really need that after you unlocked loveable cooking. Oh and btw, you can do the shooting star festival with Calderus, he doesn't need hearts.
