Instead of being fair in business we Pakistani have an attitude to loot our own brothers. I am sure nobody is fool enough in buying such houses. He is quoting 3 times the actual price. The construction cost per square feet is available, this house has medium construction just multiply its covered area and add land prices. My God.

Dear its islamabad and on top of that its D.12. There is a massive diff between naval encourage and CDA sector in the foot hills of Margalla. You can construct even 1.5 canal banglow even in rawat near to naval, soan garden and other societies. But again capital is capital.

Yes I decided G-16 over D-12, only thing good about d-12 is margalla hills view otherwise g-16 is alot better price wise, we bought 1 kanal plot for 1.80 crore and here in d-12 8 marla was for 2.25 crore

For the size of the house price is way too much and when you look outside on the street its too narrow you try and park outside not to mention split into two floors the bedrooms are small and beds can only face one way ever because of the design. Only suitable for very small family better of looking for something outside Islamabad if that is the only price you can offer. Sorry bro not impressed.

Nothing 5 hey deliberately will not disclosed two most important facts in new house is to disclose the plumbing and electric, there must be a certified certificate from professional electrician and plumber to certified that work has been completed accordingly to the standard set by internally we must train ppl for this type of work.
