I am normal user who is using atta for last 6 months. It really provide what is expected. Ingredients are costly so manufacturing cost should not below 400 per kg

Bhai tu roti Khali khali thodi khata hain...roti me ghee,saath me dal sabji curry ke saath khayega to glycemic load ko kaam waise bhi ho jayega
I used this product to make parathas, it took more time for kneeding , but the taste is as good as normal flour.
As it has lower carbs, might help me to control my sugar levels

Make soft dough using enough warm water, keep adding water slowly in a stepwise manner until the dough becomes soft. Keep the dough aside for 5-10 min before rolling chapattis.
