Everyone rightfully remembers Tim calling the DK roulette successfully from this board but an underappreciated badass moment from this board is him advising Emile to steal from him bc he thinks he has the minigame star, both Emile and Jon being convinced that Tim doesn’t, and then him getting the minigame star resulting in his win
I just love how Tim took authority of the powers that be to give him that win, especially commanding his dice roll to be a 10 is nothing short than spectacular.

When Chugga said Daisy is a spawn of the devil, it reminded me so much of in pokecapn's LP of all the Mario Parties, where Kaz played as Daisy and talked about summoning devils, all while doing an Elmo voice. I think it was in Mario Party 6 7, specifically. I just remember that there was a lot of lava. ... Those were some weird videos.
This part was very thrilling! Badass Tim at 2:53, the Thwomp at 9:46, Chugga's most serious choice after choosing his starter at 17:07, and the so close results! I think Mario Party 5 is going to be the one in which anytime, someone will barely, BARELY win! Also, Tim's honesty is too pure. He's got quite a cold/gold heart.
I love how chugga said this game sucks, but it has like one of the highest ratings for Mario party games. Plus it has so many extra modes, like the bonus and the battle thing
Apologies if this has already been pointed out but watching this video again and looking at the results screen (21:00 ) I just realized something: that last minigame (18:43) actually decided everything as had Luigi won it he would've had 91 minigame coins (one more than Tim), gotten the Minigame Star bringing his total to 4 and would've won the board all thanks to that one coin he got from Vicious Vending (9:49) (which the guys did call out correctly). Had that happened the results would've looked like this: 1st: Luigi with 4 Stars and 51 Coins. 2nd: Waluigi with 4 Stars and 36 Coins. 3rd: Daisy with 4 Stars and 23 Coins. 4th: Yoshi with 3 Stars and 59 Coins. As you can see because Luigi lost Dodge Bomb it actually allowed Tim to take the win by 9 coins, but it's also the 20 coins Tim got from Vicious Vending that allowed him to win. It was that close.
When Jon puts the Magikoopa Capsule down at 11:21, we can see he is 3 spaces away from the Happening Space which would've put him on the Ferris Wheel to put him right in front of the star. That turn, he rolls a 3, but he goes on the Rainbow Bridge instead of the Happening Space. His decision to do that may have cost him the game. Had he gone to the Happening Space, he not only would've been the only one to win the Happening Star(putting him at 3 Happening Spaces), but he would've had that star on the board added to his total, giving him 5 stars total. However, he would've had to have won the mini-game or gotten a 2 and land on a blue space in order to be able to buy the star, but it is something interesting to note.
Gotta say, the commentary during the ice skating minigame is pretty hilarious out of context. I wouldn't request an animated video of it for obvious reasons but it was unintentionally great.
Seeing the two boards so far, I don't care how anyone feels about it, this is the Mario Party where I would welcome them teaming up on the A.I.. I welcome it more if it's intentional. In fact, I encourage they do it more for this one. Best of luck with the rest of the boards.
One thing's for sure, TRG. If you do a Dino Escape game (and on the Dino Escape sections of the game) if you fail to mash the button fast enough to escape and you start from the checkpoint before the Dino Escape minigame you can pass the controller off to the next person each time you fail to mash the button fast enough to escape.
Thought for sure The AI was going to win again because of the mini-game star. Can't believe Tim had mini-game star, very well played Tim you got screwed in part 3 of Rainbow Dream, and still won!

I'm so proud of how far Tim has come! He's gone from only winning a single board in Mario Party 2 based pretty much on luck, and sometimes having a NEGATIVE TOTAL in the minigame coins to doing what he's done here in the most infuriating of the Mario Party games, winning based on getting the MINI GAME STAR! Well I mean, I'm just a fan, I'm not sure how much right I have to be "proud" of him. But one thing's for sure, seeing his progress here makes me...SO HAPPY! ^_^

What an entertaining board! I've never seen a board where all three of them all had a legitimate chance to win at the end in all 5 of their MP playthroughs. What suspenseful ending! Had me on the edge of my seat!
Funnily enough, Emile says the same thing here as he does about Mario Party 8, among the least exciting games in the series produce some incredible results. Tim made a miracle happen to pull ahead in such a close race against Luigi, commanding a 10 against DK while playing well to snag the minigame star from the man in green, and having 23 coins over Jon going into the results screen. The Miracle capsule's wish might not have come true, but Tim made it work anyway, good job on that.

Ok about the final 5 turns, yeah from Mario Party 5 to 7 there will be a roulette thing that determines what will happen on the last 5 turns, example is well triple the coins you get and lose, an even on every space, you get a bunch of coins, that is all I remember there being in 5 but the most notorious is turning all red spaces into Bowser spaces. Well look at it this way guys, we look it up and such but some of us know the minigames by experience. Anyways, Rainbow dream finished, onto Pirate Dream, that board was the first board that I started on when I first played Mario Party 5. Anyways, so far when it comes to totals, the computer is beating them when it comes to stars while Emile takes second place and then Tim and Jon. This is going to get interesting.

Ok about the final 5 turns, yeah from Mario Party 5 to 7 there will be a roulette thing that determines what will happen on the last 5 turns, example is well triple the coins you get and lose, an even on every space, you get a bunch of coins, that is all I remember there being in 5 but the most notorious is turning all red spaces into Bowser spaces. Well look at it this way guys, we look it up and such but some of us know the minigames by experience. Anyways, Rainbow dream finished, onto Pirate Dream, that board was the first board that I started on when I first played Mario Party 5. Anyways, so far when it comes to totals, the computer is beating them when it comes to stars while Emile takes second place and then Tim and Jon. This is going to get interesting.
