It took me awhile, im not an easy person to relax but this truly did relax me, with such beauty accompanied by relaxing music, how could it not. Thank you to the diver for providing the footage and to the person who selected the music and uploaded for us all to experience.

great sentiment. Couldn't agree with you more. I grew up on the north atlantic coast and i've seen harbors destroyed because they were dreged out so the biggeryaghts could get into berth and completely destroyed the ecfosystem of the area to the point you can no longer swim in the beaches i played on as a child because of the algae. We do so much damage in the name of convenience. It's very sad to see.

Set some time aside while listening to calming music like this and say to yourself over and over "I choose to be grateful for the present moment" and "I choose to resist all temptation". If you continue doing this, you will feel a lot better, and can add other things in like visualizing you completing your goals and what that will mean for your life

Wow. I just watched this on my daughter’s Oculus when I did my ketamine session. The photography, music and editing were flawless for that experience. It’s been an hour since I took the headset off and I’m still swaying with the ocean. Taking off the headset was like taking off a scuba mask.
Watching this on your phone or tv, you can enjoy the beauty from where you are. On a virtual reality headset you become the camera. Doing that while also having a ketamine experience, I became …the ocean. Thank you. 🙏😊💙
