Piercing won't land hits as often or hit as hard on an SK. If you get epic, I'd use that. The proc is nice to have in my experience

My pally was soloing tar goos 52-54 on green. With fungi and the pally regen spell killing the small ones I would regen hp killing the splits. And the bracers they drop sell so easy in EC
They are 2 different spell IDs, so they stack. Narandi's lance procs 'boiling blood' and the spell is 'boil blood'. It may have been a dev mistake but the 2 dots do stack.
