Unfortunately, in India, a strong hands on developer is called Solution Architect!!! During interview they ask to write some complex triggers, some complex code, test methods. This is a process of elimination, instead of selecting. They should name the senior coder role as Principal Engineer. Not Architect.
A Business Architect is someone who talks to stakeholders to prepare the future roadmap of the companies vision. It is s fulltime role. Business Analysts are Business Architect for a small sized projects. They become Business architect when they are able to create business capabilities mapping & create work for the team and are able to show Business Value to the customer
I wanted to ask a question that if I go for support engineer role in salesforce will carrier progression/switch as salesforce developer after it may impact or not?

Sir do we require knowledge of data structures and algorithm to become Salesforce developer?
It is not necessary to be good in data structures to be a Salesforce developer but if you do it will help become better at your job.
