I'd like to see you at least side board that new legendary enchantment spider from this set... I got it in my prerelease alongside two of those Archons and one Eslpeth triumphant saga. Unfortunately didn't do as well as I could've. But I still liked the spider against the instant/sorcery type decks... Plus it triggers constellation, and produced reach chumps.
Thanks, now I know what deck to play for the Theros only challenge event that’s coming up! Only card I don’t like is dryad and I will remove 1 Calix and 1 land. Probably will replace them with more spinners and/or Thessian training. Looking forward to that!
Finally a enchantment decks that doesn't depends on "Karametra's Blessing" and "All That Glitters". Its just a shame that all the good enchatments had to have white as casting cost.

What's your (LVD and viewers) favourite/most successful variation of the enchantment archetype so far? I guess a selesnya variation like this one is pretty good, but I'm in love with Enigmatic Incarnation, which makes the deck three-coloured and a little inconsistent in my experience.
I love abzan colors, with dawn evangelion and hateful eidolons, along with nyx herald a few setessan trainings a starfield mystic and obviously alsied and mantle of the wolf, abzan gives you a chance to play from behind and get over the big issues auras have with falling off of said creature
To add to my list, hateful eidolon also let's you play things like great removal, example, ordeal of erebos, shatter the sky, eat to extinction in maybe 1 ofs or 2 ofs just incase, with setessan champion and hateful eidolon you have insane draw power, couple that with escape on blessing of mogis or sentinel eyes and you have awesome efficiency, you only need slight ramp to truly go off
Sorry for the spam I didnt want a massive wall of text but as much as I love archon of suns grace, he is pretty bad, he takes double white and turn 4 is late to be developing your board in this deck feel free to try him out for yourself though
Ya hateful is great. I think the meta is going to balance out to something sweeper heavy (shatter the sky is amazing) as there is a alot of zerging going on. Eidolon is crucial. I think the key for this deck is sweeper protection.
Have you tried a Polukranos deck yet? I'm fairly new and I got him from a pack and I tried him and he's pretty fun to use. I use him in a sultai deck with Uro and a lot of mill self cards so I have two strong escape cards
Most games we have Calix and Champion finding more action and we want a lot of plains for Birth. So that was the reason for leaving out Castle, but one or two could be fine.
@@willriggs3409 I might need to check that part out again. But wouldn't they be able to stick all that glitters to envoy first, then give the envoy protection? That would buff it right?
@@syaz2609 it seems to catch a lot of people off guard when I'm playing as well as it did me at first. But if something has protection, it has that for enchants as well. If you give it protection from white it loses any white enchants as well as preventing any damage. The whole time it has protection, so until end of turn, it nothing white would stick to it.
@@willriggs3409 Oh yeah, I didn't realize that until I did it earlier and everything came off hahaha. I guess my wins happened with green auras attached to the Envoy and/or the matchups wasn't against white. Always good to learn more Magic! Cheers!

Maybe I just dont like ramping to 5 but I dont really see what you're ramping to with the deck and theres better options. I understand birth of meltis but why the Nyad? Sagas are almost always efficient but...

Rob Harget that and he stays mostly neutral about it and understand a topdeck can win. A lot of TH-camrs get salty and it's off putting to me.

I played someone who had this deck. They destroyed me. But they added Nessian Wanderer (with Constellation) and Heliod Sun Crowned insane combo.

Yeah definitely a great sideboard card. It floated around in the main deck but eventually got cut.

I really like Kaya's ghostform for the deck and I think it's worth splashing azban for. Also any variation without ASG is trashy imo

Watching you defeat That first opponent was so satisfying. I hate people who run that awful deck.
Beating a mono black control or a mill deck is even more satisfying
have you considered mantle of the wolf? Helps leave behind a presence if you get board wiped.
The Aura deck would've won faster if they dumped all that glitters on Envoy, then gave it protection using the Alseid.
All that glitters would fall off of they gave it protection from white.

Hushbringer would hurt this deck pretty badly i guess.
It only stops constellation when we play an enchantment creature. It doesn't interact with normal enchantments.
I really like Esper but i think this deck is perfect for a beginner like me :) Is it strong enough to compete with Tier 1 decks in paper?

Once we are going off with Champion the extra land drops come in handy. It would almost be playable without that ability.
