@@AmitMandal-rg1rj , big fan of rahat. but ghalib poetry match up only with jagjit singh. Every singer had their own type of voice. Rahat saab voice suits only with qabbali or high note songs. In low note, rahat voice sounds not soothing.

Nostalgia hit me badly today and I found this gem to beat that.
Jagjit g was the only who kept Mirza Ghalib alive in its true spirit and sadly we have lost them both.

Ghalib’s poetry is breathtaking for those who truly understand Urdu. He was a rebel when it came to following religion but was blessed as he mentioned himself that he receives his poetry from up above.
