    New media day dad here. I have taken over my son's high school's "All things media," and this helps. Thank You!

    Thank you all this info and tips. I guess I'm going to do a super duper budget friendly for this first go around. We do billiards live streaming and I think doing a quick media shoot before the match starts will make some cool transitions and player profiles. Thank you!

      Yes, I have media day coming in a month with a local baseball team. Will be my first ever media day shoot, so these tips of yours came just in time 👍

    Watching this to help prepare to volunteer to host a “media day” for a small HS soccer team in oregon for a social media page. Do you have anything that you show them before it’s their turn, like a choice board for poses? Thanks so much

    • @BeyondTheGame_E
      @BeyondTheGame_E  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No, not really. If I'm making them act something out for a video and I have a similar video I can show them as an example, sometimes that helps though.

    is there a way in the sony menu systems to mark clips as you shoot them? so you can find them when you need to turn around highlights quickly?

    • @BeyondTheGame_E
      @BeyondTheGame_E  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No there isn't. What most people do in this situation is to cover the front of the lens with their hand before they stop recording. That way in the edit you can quickly go to the end of each clip and if it's a black frame, you know it's a good highlight clip.

    What’s a good budget camera to pair with the TAMRON
    35-150mm. Ps I shoot basketball

    • @BeyondTheGame_E
      @BeyondTheGame_E  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's a full frame lens so you can pair it with any camera really. Here's the budget camera that I currently recommend to sports videographers th-cam.com/video/jSUgCbzV9KE/w-d-xo.html

      @@contrxller9738 the Tamron 35-150mm sounds great to me. Otherwise I typically use the Tamron 28-75mm.
