My understanding is that the land of promise is Lord Jesus for us today and it was the picture of what will come what we believers have today the new life in him ..and thats why we go trough trials so we possess the flesh..becouse he is our victory he overcome
Miracles should not be supernatural for us Christians it should be normal for us. The second chance that Jesus gave us it's a miracle already. Walking faithfully with the Lord is a life of miracles already in my opinion.
Pastor said that God responds to faith... but suppose there is a situation where one has more faith than another (a new believer for example), is there more probability of God answering the person with more faith?
I think God is talking about hypocrisy of the prophet character and testing the Israelites devotion to follow God and love him or follow the prophet even though he entices them to worship other gods in the beginning of chapter 13. God said you know them by their fruit. Don't ignore red flags and the same time pray for directions first.
