I cried when I first heard this one in the movie. It's just beautiful when paired with the shot of the World Trade Center around sunrise and Lee Van cleef Smoking a cigarette on the wall of the perimeter resting his arms on the railing.
Agreed. When I hear this track my mind goes right to the images you described. It's beautifully dystopian seeing the music merged w/the WTC shot at sunrise and the great Lee Van Cleef smoking.
