- Claw is actually surprisingly decent in Extermination if you already have some lying around, specifically during the 100% bonus rocket damage event - Scald breaks through Raptor reflectors, making it a great counter. It also bypasses 50% resistance with the pilot - Tier 3 weapons like Shredder and Marquess are cheaper and faster to upgrade than tier 4 weapons, which is incredibly important from a F2P perspective
@@JonHahn lol I actually wasn't factoring in the cost. I go by what gets the job done and I know Marquess is very deadly. I've tried Claw before and while it did "ok", I don't like the angle of the projectile when it fires. You'll find that you miss often depending on what you're firing at. For example if there's someone flying or if there's someone below for example on Dreadnought map - in those cases you might end up missing completely. Compare that to Marquess and you'll hit every single time.
They probably either don't have the same build as me and they don't play it skillfully. Remember all the players who said Ocho is a "no skill bot". How many of those players do you think know how to play it?
@@scorpion_gaming_tamil Yup too many just use their ability when they have it handy. The trick is NOT to use it then but to use it only when you engage. This way you can absorb that damage and that in itself boosts your damage output if you have Hiruko. Having Deft Survivor skill then keeps you alive once you health drops to 50% because then you can activate it once again.
I don't think you can really tell others what they should play - just my opinion here. It's like me telling you what you should spend your money on when it's your money, your choice. If you don't like the game then it's best not to play it whether it be this game or any other.

Nice workshop based video. That Daredevil Dagon is quite deadly, I run it with Dragon Marquess or Quarkers and Seeker drone. That build is so underrated I must say, but it's kinda glass canon though.
Yup. I was actually quite surprised that I killed two Dux in one game with that build. Those weren't weak players either as both of their Dux were maxed out.

I used the augmented scald for a very long time with Blitz , Dagon , and Khepri. It was a beast of a light weapon , and agreed it was a wonderful Skyros hunter (still is) BUT, there was a rebalance or nerf that made the Scald useless against strong Ageis Shields, it couldn’t penetrate effectively, and so on the battlefield Scald became too niche and ineffective overall with the rise in Ageis meta. Shame.
Dux can be a bit tricky sometimes because the Ocho's ability works against it - it pushes the Dux back which allows the Dux to escape. The times where I've killed Dux with Ocho is when I'm able to push them into a wall so they can't escape. Most times they die to the splash damage of the Cryos when that happens.
When you play through higher leagues, the sustained damage wouldnt suffice, youll get through half of their HP fast, but after that you wont have enough to kill most of meta
Try out aether with vendicatore and a blinding weapon. It deals insane dmg with the build in weapon together its like iron mans laser and 2 thor hammers at once. And a cute little racoon.
Adrian. I have to give you credit. You have been straight forward and helpful as a guide for this game. But seriously, as someone who has played since 2017… this game sucks. It’s just absurd now. It’s now just two or three robots. That’s including the mauler. There is not a game left.
If you've been playing since 2017, you'll know that every meta going back to 2014 when this game was released it has always been 2-3 bots. For example when I started the Griffin was meta - I ran 5. After the Griffin came the Boa - I ran 4 of those. Then the Rhino - I ran 4 of those too. The reality is that when it comes to the highest level of competitiveness, you'll always get players running multiples of whatever the top 3 robots are. In the current meta it's Raptor, Dux, Condor and with Titans Mauler and Devourer. The only way this will ever change is if they restrict players to only running one type of robot per hangar with no duplicates.
@ You are right. I suppose the biggest complaint I have is the lack of diversity of play at the top levels. And I feel like the disparity between meta and ‘near meta’ seems to have increased over time. My opinion. Again, thank you for what you provide to those of us who slug along.

As mentioned back in 2014 or 2015 while some will argue we had more variety we really didn't. In fact I would argue we have far more variety now than before. However… when it comes to clan/squad games you will almost always have 2-3 dominant bots. The only way to break this up would be to force players to choose 5 different bots which I have suggested to Pixonic for quite a while now. The reason why I think this would be good for the game? Having 5 different robots would do the following a) More variety in all games no matter what the league b) Forces players to really choose carefully but this also creates more exciting gameplay c) If we have more exciting gameplay, it makes tournaments more exciting and overall content for the game more exciting to watch d) Balance overall would be way better because now players can't just spam the same bot over and over again e) Tournaments would better represent the actual game. I've always found it funny how on the live server we can run say 5 Dux but yet if we were to play in tournaments it's always 5 different robots. The two scenarios are almost like two different games completely.

I have one cryo and when I tried it I missed many shots so I am little bit worried that, that build will perform good or not cauz from PC it's easy to aim but from android it's hard so should I build ice rockets or shotguns. Ok here is the thing...without regulators on Ravager...Ravager is just a soft target...can you developers unlock ""Brawler"" specialization...so that non regulator Ravager can survive few mins with repair amp and last stand...and make brawler specialization condition ""if Ravager has 500 or less than 500 range then only brawler will unlock""

The reason why I didn't include it is because in the current environment, we have a lot of fast moving bots and stealth - weapons such as Spark, Scourge, Calamity type weapons don't perform well in those environments. For those weapons to work well, you would need to use Quantum Radar (which means burning through Power Cells) or you would need the Seeker drone.
Why you put rockets on Dux 🤣. That bot is so broken, he can kill all bots even with 1 light weapon equiped (exept obv Raptor/Ravager and some titans). 6 scald btw, are great on dagon with unstable cond.
No I didn't. Toxin was never good and Spark while it's decent it will suffer in the current environment mostly because we have a lot of fast moving bots like Dux and also all the stealth. To get this weapon to work well you would need Seeker or a lot of Power Cells for Quantum Radar.
Toxin has never been good. Halo is debateable and Spark I wouldn't use in the current meta unless you had Seeker. Spark suffers when the battlefield environment is very fast and there's a lot of stealth on the battlefield.

You're also putting yourself at a disadvantage when it comes to other threats since your built-in weapons wouldn't be firing.
You know what the irony here is? When I used my own account where I paid for everything to help players they criticized then saying everything was given to me - it wasn't. It all came out of my own pocket. I figured since I was going to just be judged that way I might as well use this account instead since it was costing me so much and the only ones really benefitting were players like you and it was all for free at my expense.

Your Ocho is always doing amazing. All Ochos I see in games die rather quickly.I don't know the reason.

Snaer is overlooked. 4 leveled up on a Khepri is an excellent titan support robot.

Marquess, Volt, Cudgel, Kramola, Shredders, Magnetars and Sparks work well for me
Is it better to run MK3 Dagon, Pathfinder, Ochokochi, & Curie or newer META bots like Dux, Condor, & Bagliore but only MK1?
Out of that list, I would run Pathfinder, Ochokochi, Dux, Condor and maybe Bagliore. Hope this helps!

Hey Adrian, I still play with ochochi because he is very strong in some builds but against dux it is a bit complicated lol

I wanted to See Dagon Marquess because I am Always drawn away from Tier 3 stuff by sheer Nerfs they get. Aren't Specialization weaker in T3 Robots?
I feel like the Halo, Corona, and Glory are underrated since their ultimate editions got released, I think they could still perform well too.
Glory was nerfed 33%, and Halo runs out of ammo way too fast. Corona is outclassed by Mace and Havoc.
