I like this refresh. Holding out for the Gen 4 which rumored to be smaller, closer in size to the original.
I like this update however us it really worth buying since Mini will have an entirely new fourth generation Cooper in about 3 to 4 years. I don't think you can justify paying the high price of a Mini just to have it be outdated Inn a few years when the new one comes out. I would rather buy a cheap used version maybe 2016 to 2018 model instead.

In 2005 I bought a Mark 1 Cooper S Convertible with the supercharged engine. The noise from that supercharger "whine" at full chat was amazing 🤩
I am a huge fan of MINI coopers since childhood. And now this new JCW Cooper has just snatched my heart towards it. Love this MINI. MINI makes great cars. My most favourite MINI is COOPER JCW and S. Lots of love from INDIA.
I'm relatively high right now, and I must say that this is the perfect car review when you are in the state I'm currently in. Music, nice shots of every single detail, perfect.

I have been a MINI’s fan since 2010, this is a nice car, love the new front and the inside as well. Last October I got the new Countryman 2021! I just love MINIS.

I honestly feel that Mini is so underrated. my mom has a regular 2007 Mini Cooper and it so much fun to drive
i just bought my first mini last winter, always been a dream car to own. i bought the 2020cooperS Clubman. love the car so much but for the price i dont know why more things are not standard that really disappoint me. Heated steering, adaptive cruise control, automatic braking system, blindspot monitoring are all things i really miss in this vehicle that were standard in my 2018 mazda 3.
but i too have a green mini and i love her to death just wish that at the high price point there were more standard safety features.
lol totally the reverse, i owned the mini but replaced it with a Mazda 3 when my child was born, partly due to all the things you mentioned.
but enjoy it, beautiful thing that makes you feel proud and the excitement just to drive it.

MINI shouldn’t had discontinued the Roadster. This JCW cabrio is such an attractive “toy”, for sure, but in the form of a Roadster would’ve been much more attractive👌🏻

Driven the 2015 Mini JCW, then i got married and have a child so i have the more reasonable Mazda 3 now lol

No i dont! I have a jcw 2015 with the original exhaust. That sound beats this 1000times. And u have pops and bangs . This new jcw sound like a ”reg” car. So the mini feel is gone..

I ordered my hardtop about a week ago, can't wait to get it. JCW, ofc. But will it also have this facelift? Or is this only for the convertible? The configurator didn't show the facelift at the time (and neither does it now). I kinda hope not, but meh. Not too fond of some of the new things.
Edit: I can now see somebody already asked the question further down, guess we'll have to wait and see.
Oof, really though question! Since the embargo was removed this morning, I don't know for sure which JCW you are getting. If you want to know for sure, I think you can contact your dealer :)
You will likely get it, I was due to get my Mini early March but it has been pushed back a couple of weeks -- told I will get the new shape :)
Yup, just contacted my dealer and since the manufacture line is full for february and the facelifted version starts production in march, I will most likely (with 99% certainty) get the facelifted version. Not entirely sure if I like it, but I guess it'll get a better 2nd hand value for when I've paid it off and am ready for a Clubman ;)
