I am really glad you showed this. The north side of our house looks like this too. I can't believe the difference it really did work. We are going to get some of this stuff and do exactly what you did. We have an old house though, with slate siding, So I guess I better check and make sure It's okay to use with that. Great video though!

Well, maybe if you got weak mold or grunge but I just did a test between THREE different cleaners and this 30 second stuff is not worth the time or the money. Last year, I cleaned with a power washer and it looked like new. This year, I used a bleachy 'house wash' and another older house wash (no bleach) and then this "30 second" cleaner. I filmed each section before and after. NO DOUBT, the bleachy one worked so much better and the 30 second was as if I just washed it with a hose. NO CHANGE AT ALL!! Very sad about the outcome and I hated using bleach and then the power washing was rather strenuous but for the outcome....power washing is the only one that really gives a "NOW THAT LOOKS GOOD" outcome.

I paid $20 today for this and I had to go get my pressure washer and finish it. I am not paying for it again when a bottle of mean green or purple power is $4 and works the same. Had I not had to get the pressure washer, my opinion would be different. But $20 and the same amount of work is not worth it for me

Thank you for taking the time to make this video . I know very little about products and I know power washers may not be needed .

It worked well, there were some viewers that had some good ideas to try that would cost less then the 30 second Cleaner does. Thank you for watching!

The fastest and cheapest way to clean siding. Is with liquid pool shock. Mix 50/ 50 with water and add a squrt is dish liquid into a cheap pump sprayer. Dish liquid helps keep the mix longer on the siding and shows where you applied it. Rise with water after and will look like new for a lot cheaper. Also the black dots are called artillery fugus and takes a lot a scrubing, and not really worth the effort. Love the videos keep safe.

Yes it works. Buy it for the bottle then make your own solution and use the bottle in the next years.

Much less expensive to make your own recipe from laundry bleach, water and Dawn dish soap. 2 cups bleach to a gallon of water and a squirt of Dawn. I use a pump sprayer for low work. I saved the hose hook up bottles from a previous purchase of Mold Armor for the high work. They don’t collapse like the 30-second ones, and can be used many times.

I appreciate you sharing that it’s basically just expensive bleach.

So, maybe it’s a good idea to have the kids where they won’t get it on them or breathe it in…?

That stuff is supper expensive... Keep the container you used to spray it on the house but buy chlorinated liquid either from Walmart or a pool supply store. It's a lot cheaper. It's 10% to 12.5% percent sodium hypochlorite just mix it half water half chlorinated liquid and a surfactant like dawn dish soap or laundry soap which will help it stick the house better and not run off but it's not needed then spray it on the house. Let it dwell and not dry for 5-15 minutes and rinse. The concrete block on your house is more porous and you might need a stronger mix then the house wash. Never never never ever use a power washer because you'll remove some of the OXIDATION and it will look horrible. You can use the same mix on your shingle roof or wood fence too. Now the stuff on the gutters is not organic so the bleach mix will not work. What you need for that is like a (LA's total awesome) from like the dollar tree. Mix that according to the bottle direction and use a soft scrub brush and it should work pretty well but don't let that dry on the gutter's either. Let me know how it works out for you. Thanks for the video.

You might try a 30% vinegar, 70% water solution on the other sides of your house. Save some money. Hope you are all well and good to see you !!
