I don’t really see Billie as a paranormal investigator, but I do see her being a teacher. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, and so fitting for a person like her.

The money is divided three ways between the kids.
Opal gets the Ash Tray.
Darling gets the dogs.
Hart gets the house (although I do imagine he would sell it for a penthouse in the city)
The family pictures would go to Billie. I find that so sweet for some reason. She would give some to Opal and some to Darling.
Please have Link meet his other grandparents! Don’t neglect Billies side of the family! ❤️

Yeah, I'm in love with the changes you've made in game! I noticed your game and especially sims have a different look! same she makes her lets plays so much fun.. i've actually been doing the same challenge on the side and i where i feel nothing but love for her sims i grew a hate for one of mine.. (mainly because his slimy ass kept asking his brothers wife to have sex.. like no go away you dirtbag.. now he's kinda like the black sheep of the family.. i love everyone else though.. especially my next gen heir Waluigi. he's got this poofy red afro and he's adorable.)
I enjoyed this episode so much. It's the lowkey vibe for me. It would be a hard pass for me on Billy becoming a Paro. Inv. Maybe her love for books moves her to start writing books, or poetry. Keep these vids coming. Much love!

I started my own let’s play, but nothing compares to the vibes you create. Everything is so real!
It just started raining and I remembered I saved this episode to watch when the sunset, and it's just ... *chefs kiss*. Oshin I promise I never feel like playing the Sims until I watch one of your videos. This part was so warm & cozy with all the wholesome family moments. I absolutely love Val & Billie's relationship. I don't see Billie being a paranormal investigator I get elementary school teacher, or writer/poet vibes from her. Or honestly librarian suits her well but I don't know if the mod you had allows career progression. She just seems like the warm/cool/quirky librarian the kids love. I could also see her owning a bookstore/game shop with Hart and maybe they live above it or something (think brownstone with a 1st floor walk up in the city. Also Opal is a whole vibe (I love a bald head queen... And not just bc I am one lol), I want to know more about her. This whole family/legacy has my heart 🧡
