With all good wishes I Would like to suggest Nandini to wash mug dal with plenty of water before cooking.
I observed that mug dal putted in boiling water directly from packet.
For ur knowledge like mention that huge preservative in form of powder mixed with dal which is harmful for human health needs to wash before cooking
Nondini should use disposable hand gloves while cooking as well serving towards maintaining better hygiene
I don't find in. Video provision Of drinking water in the hotel.
However Hope she will reorganise all the short falls very soon
