After my grandson turned about 3 or 4 I shaved my beard off. Before that he was very loving and liked to hug. When he saw me got scared and he stayed scared giving me that scared look kids get sometimes. Later on I grew it back. It didn't matter. He stayed scared until he turned about 6 or 7. We're good buddies now.

I remember back in high school I had a teacher with a beard and a curly long hair. Then one day he decided to go for a haircut and a clean shave. I didn't realise who he was until I took a longer look at him. Incredible how a haircut and a beard shave makes a person looks completely different.

Both my dad and husband have done this at some point in my life. My brother thought dad was wearing a beardless mask the first time and told him to “Take it off,” while swiping at his face. 😂🤣😂 My husband looks like a teenager when he shaves, so he is never allowed to do a complete shave ever again. 😬😂🤣😂🤣

Beard does slow down aging in areas it covers because almost all UV radiation from sun that can get to Earth's surface gets trapped in beard. Because it does that it also prevents you from getting skin cancer in those same areas.

I’ll never forget when I did the same thing to my wife she said she hated it and liked it at the same time. She never seen me with a clean shave from the moment we met, the 2 years we dated, and now our 3 years of marriage. She told me to grow it out and never shave it off again.

I'm 55 and I've had a beard for the last 15 years. I've dyed my beard light brown for most of those years because my natural beard is white. I recently stopped dying it. When I went to an event with people who had never seen my beard undyed before they oohed and ahhed that I had grown a beard. They couldn't believe it when I told them that they had never known be without a beard. It's amazing how a change can completely confuse people.

I always find it weird when i shave my beard off whenever i screw up tryin to trim
99% of beard removals started with us just trying to trim it up a little. We get a little uneven on one side, try to match it with the other side, then we just start chasing it and end up something awful.
I had 5 months of quarantine growth recently. I was trimming it up with a very large guard on my clippers. I took the guard off and did the edges. I decided to do one more pass with the guard but I was in the middle of talking to a friend of mine that I forgot to put the guard on and shaved a strip right down the side of my face. I went ahead and shaved it all off and it looked like I took my jaw off.
After watching this video, I am never going to grow a beard and second thing I am never going to go for a girlfriend. Faith in singledom restored.
