I still find it funny that Chica thought bashing on the TV would fix it while going behind it breaks it. I know that Andrew kinda sees Lolbit as male now a days but seeing as the Bendy series is separate from the Fazbear and Friends series and Lolbit's gender is still not really confirmed officially at least I think it is possible that Lolbit in this universe is female where the Lolbit in Bendy's universe is male. I mean it is just a guess. I doubt that Lolbit in Bendy is a virus.
