Bakasi was ceded to Cameron during the Nigerian Biafra war to blockade Biafra. The Biafran navy was short sighted. They did not know that there were other TERMINALS OR SEA PORTS .OTHERWISE THE ECONOMIC BLOCADE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE.
