ASSEMBLING FULL BRIDGE PFC SMPS, NEW PCB REVIWE, ATOS KERIPIK, BY BAGUS MAHARDIKA

How are you chanel oddball friends wherever you are, I hope you are all in good health. this time I'm back again reviewing a pcb SMPS fb pfc good design, mahardika. This pcb has dimensions of 13X33cm with FR4 Fiber PCB material. so that the components that will be installed later do not worry about jostling each other, because they have been designed with dimensions that are quite broad. This SMPS already has complete features as a good security. This SMPS already supports PFC NCP1653 which has been proven to have a good ability to maintain the stability of the SMPS output voltage even though the electricity voltage used has a decrease of up to 30%. This SMPS is supported by the OCP PROTEKSI series where it functions as a heavy load sensor that cannot be maintained by the SMPS as a whole. so if this SMPS load is short, then the SMPS will switch to OFF mode, aka SMPS protection. The advantages of this SMPS PCB also have many component selection options available in the market, including the addition of twice the EMI FILTER on the electrical input section so that the SMPS is not prone to being disturbed by unneeded stray frequencies. This PCB already has a good suitability to be assembled by DIYers who like the SMPS PSU system as a PSU source for their power amplifier. with the use of the EE55 transformer, this SMPS should be able to pour a lot of power. And the most important thing to know is that this PCB has been tested, assembled and LOADed. for the results of the LOAD itself yesterday, Mas Mahardika got 6KW on the output wattage. Of course it's just a reference for assemblers, because the results of that power will certainly vary for each assembler, depending on the level of understanding of each. and God willing, I as the maker of this video will participate in helping as much as possible in the assembly steps and setting settings. so that in the end all of this will be something useful for all of us. so.... please order the pcb while studying it, and collect it for the component materials.
