Hola Penelope, para mantener el equilibrio al girar tienes que poner el estomago apretado hacia adentro y poner un poco las caderas hacia adelante, pero no mucho solo un poco para compensar cuándo el torso va hacia atrás. La vuelta quebrada es un poco difícil hay que practicarla varias veces para que salga bien. I don't know how Rajasthani Roma do this move continuously. I would be dizzy after 3 turns 🤣 it's great to see the Roma people have kept their traditions even if it has changed a lot over time and distance. Still so beautiful. Love flamenco

Genial. Pierdo el equilibria al girar y me DUELE la cadera. Como hago para mantener el equilibrio?
