But they are Samsung fan.check out every review they will highlight every small things in cons of all other brands but not in the case of Samsung.even outdated quick charge 2.0 they highlighted after 3 years.
ahmed faseeh who cares if the tech is outdated or not. It charges fast and it gets the job done. It is miles better than sony phones which charge painfully slow with stock chargers.
Klaus Heinz people care when they are paying huge amount of money when u ask premium price u should deliver premium product too.did u ever compare the speed of charge with LG,XIAOMI,HTC,ONE PLUS 6,OPPOetc.forget Xperia I hear they are not shipping phone with quick charger.the slow charging is only one complain there are dozen more for example slow finger print compare to others brands,and it's position u know still next to the camera,expensive to repair,the curve screen looks good but in practical it's annoying when some u are reading paragraphs also it is the most weak part because it very expose area and dozen more but I know no body is perfect but gsmarena always try to hide or minimise the samsung cons.some time I call them samsungarena.com

Same bro, but the front cam is done (completely blurred out) after it dropped one too many times. Also, it's gotten kind of slow and the storage is so small. Other than that, I still love it.

Exynos s9+ user here. No lag or glitches experiences here. And I would consider myself a power user. On a side note, I don't understand how anyone is still complaining about Samsung not using stock android. I used to always root and put stock android on my older phones. It's simply hasn't been an issue for a very long time.

@@samarthshetty4834 how come? I play asphalt 9, fortnite and pubg on my s8+ everyday. 90% of my internal memory is fill plus I have an sd card mounted on my device. Till this day no slowdown. I have this phone for more than 13 months.

Apart from the difficulty in getting tempered Glass screen protector, this phone is very good and the price has come down significantly making it all the more appealing
We just upgraded our S5's to S9's, and there are many improvements. Battery life is greatly improved, screen and camera resolution are really great, operating system is much faster, and changing memory chips doesn't require opening the case. I may have missed something, though, and that is file management is VERY clunky, even to the point of frustration. Has anyone else experienced that ?

To fix the lag after updates, boot to the phone's stock recovery, i.e, turn off phone, then hold power, volume up & bixby button together. Then wipe dalvik cache & cache & reboot

I know this is an old video, but there's an option in the settings that makes the touch screen A LOT more sensitive so that you can use screen protectors on it. I found that out when I first got my S9 at a used phone store last year. Having that mode turned on REALLY helps because you don't have to press the screen so hard for it to register a tap.

Damn it was cold when you did this review. Awesome review. I just picked up the S10 for me and my wife wanted the S9. I was with Apple since the iPhone 3s and honestly witching over to the Android platform was easier than I thought. I appreciate the customization I have with the S10 that I could not get with iOS.

I've had the Samsung Galaxy S2, the note 2, the S4, the S7 edge, and i'm currently rocking the galaxy S9+ and i'm very satisfied with it. It's a very good phone and it performs to my expectations, most of the time lol. Definitely not perfect but let's see how much better the 10 year anniversary Galaxy S10 will be....
I got my in 18 and still fabulous in 21 accept the battery life and no more updates... Congratulations Biden and Harris

Nice review. I'm watching this on the S8+ & considered upgrading to the S9+ but the curved display is a dealbreaker. It's virtually impossible to find a tempered glass screen protector that will work for these phones. That is, unless you're willing to spend 60 bucks on the whitestone dome. I also hate the lack of OS upgrade support from Samsung. Hopefully the pixel line will offer a worthy upgrade.

Just a good quality case IMO is all you need .
I have given my S8+ a pretty good work out and it is still perfect .

Klaus Heinz Theres a difference between minor security updates and OS upgrades. The Note 9 isn't even shipping with the latest OS. It'll get it at some point this year and will likely not get another full OS upgrade for a whole year. Security updates protect the device and by extension Samsung. OS upgrades give end users new features and benefits. Only Google seems to care about rolling those out frequently.

Nowa days phone are beautiful but fragile.i like samsung galaxy s5 plastic body , LG g4 leather back and LG v10 rubber back.
ahmed faseeh you can always get the active version if you want durable phone. Plastic bodies suck. Also plastic gets scratches waaaaaay more than gorilla glass phone.
@@vasilije94 replace the back cover is more easy than replacing glass.the s7,s8 active version is only avaible on AT&T so there in no more global or unlock versions and it's feel bulky too.samsung made S5 a durable mobile and LG made v10,v20 and Samsung even can copy v30 at least for only drop protection.
Yes LG g4 lover. That phone was damn gorgeous but plagued by issues. One of the Best looking phone I've ever owned. I think s8/9, LG g4 leather and old one plus were damn good looking
I will take glass over shitty plastic any day. Its more premium feel and is like thousand times better looking. I mean if you are buying premium item, take care of it. Anyways there is s active option if you like durable phone. Samsung got you covered. No need to whine for nothing when there is option for people like you.

I have an S7, its time to upgrade because of life span ect. Im thinking about an S9, but those cons are just fairly big cons for me. I get being cautious about batteries but i need a good battery, and i dont know how i feel about the curves and getting a good screen protector and case.
If everything goes right I should be getting an s9 next month :)

Interesting review. My thought was getting a S9 as a beater phone, backup to my Note 20.
Question, why do TH-cam content creators think it important having background music over their voice; it quickly becomes annoying background noise. Be aware, we came to hear you not fight music. Many folks have hearing difficulties thus when someone is talking the background music makes understanding the speaker much more difficult. Next time you are at a lecture, business meeting, at church, and the like, notice when the speaker is talking they are not playing music, reason is they want everyone being able to fully understand the speaker.

I just dropped my full review of the S9. I love the blue color! I love how Good Lock works and I believe its the most customizable Galaxy phone out! Note 9 will take all the shine away now. Oh well. I like it.

Hey here's 2 tips that I think would make the videos better:
-All your videos are nice looking and very professional, but to me they don't feel very... natural. It is too obvious that they are scripted, other famous youtubers talking about smartphones like Marquees Brownlee sound like they're casually talking to a friend, and here it's a bit too serious. It's a good thing that you start doing some little jokes, reminds me of Riley from Techlinked, but sometimes sentences are too complicated and it ruins a bit the "flow".
-Recently I noticed that I watch your videos, but in fact I kinda already know what to expect, like in this one. It would be nice to dive a little deeper in the software and add some crispy anecdotes (this video was okay with the personal anecdotes though)

I have an S9 and I intend to use it for at least 4 years.
I'm with you. I'm using the S7, heading to my 3rd year with it. The only thing you will struggle at some point is the battery life gets worse just like everything else that carries a battery. If you want your phone to last long, make sure you disable quick charging and drain the battery once every two weeks. Charge your phone when it gets to 20% and then disconnect it when it gets to 80%. Either that or you find someone that can replace the battery for you. Good luck.

@@MrLuffy9131 Battery life doesn't suck, but the degradation of the battery is bound to happen. By the 3rd year, if you recklessly take care of it, it won't last a full day anymore.
Only gripe is the battery life. Get 3.3 hours on an average day, as a moderate - heavy user

Well, exynos is better at something and snapdragon is better at something else, they both work fine, it won't change much from an exynos to a sd845 months later

Liked for the feedback and great video, not that much for the phone as I don't like Samsung phones.
Bixby has gotten fast .try opening flashlight both ways. My main reason for staying with Samsung is Samsung pay. Just using it for every day purchases i have been able to get over 600 dollars worth of free stuff. I been using Samsung pay since it has been available. I just got FREE the Samsung gear x (180.00) wireless earbuds . Not only because I get free stuff but it so much faster and easier than pulling out my wallet and pulling the card out and so on. Over the past few years I've been using it i say i have saved about 1 minute per transaction.

If you want a phone that's got the battery life of a teen on smack and your looking for power on the go your fucked.Try an LG at 1/10th of the price ,you will be happier. To many light screen touches in the course of a day's use sends you of course and a Russian ICBM has been launched and now the battery is dead. I found myself talking quickly and shortening calls. This phone has become the new business toy on the desk, loaded with features as long as you can recharge

At first when the phone is new, the battery is awesome. Exactly after 1 year, the battery starts dying really fast for no reason and im sure im.not running any major apps in the background.

Why she said 4GB Ram is enough, the ram is really low, and can't handle heavy games " say fortnite at highest graphic" or it can't run two app at the same time, when i bought it i said samsung know what they are doing but the fact they are idiots and cheated me with this low ram.
I have noticed when updating the apps from store it takes very long time and device become very slow, this issue not only with s9, it is almost with all s-series I had.
Look the phone is shit, except for a few donkey tricks its stays awake as long as a junkie on smack and booze. Bixby is annoying as the junkie thats out for the count try an LG Phone at 1/10 of the price and with day to day general use you would you would probably opt for the LG. Most reviews are done by people who crave the latest tech, at the end of the day a bike without 2 wheels a seat and handlebars leaves a frame the s9 has the addition of a bell, waterbottle and a pump do you really need those extas going to the local shop.
I have an s9 since April. In the past month if noticed the phone overheating while using it for minor things such as TH-cam or watching a movie etc. Is 36-37° normal or should I send it in for a check using my warenty?
You can get the s9 for $250 through boost Mobile That's what I did and unlocked it also nothing can impede the touch control because you can control the sensitivity in the settings
jumping on it would certainly break it, and driving it would get you no where. You have different phones for weekend drives or just the weekend.

Ive had the s9 for 2 yrs now and its proven itself to be faultless my contract is up and theyve been offering me the flip fone and the s20 but a sim only contract is what ive decided to go with and i.ll be keeping the s9 i would say get urself a good case and ur good to go.
