PPI was really a very important source for me to pass the FE Exam, the review books , the materials they cover and the practice / exam problems books they provided were so vital to pass the exam , I recommend PPI to any one wants to pass the FE Exam
I graduated 15 years ago, working full time and managing a home and family. I wanted a structured learning environment and was totally lost as to where to start and what online tutoring to trust. You have brought clarity and I feel so much more confident to take up this task. Thank you so much!!
Great review of School of PE AND PPI2 FE/PE prep courses. Very thorough review with lots of detail. These two are a lot alike. I’m also going to check out your website.
I just recently failed my third attempt at the PE Civil: Construction, this video was very helpful for me to guage which course might be best for me. They're all pricey, but at this point, I've spent nearly $1200 on fialed exams, so would it have been worth it from day 1...? Most likely!
I am studying for the Environmental PE and looking for a live course to have the structure. I’ve tried studying on my own but find I keep prioritizing working extra hours to meet deadlines (I’m in engineering consulting) over studying.
I have a question for you, I am a type of person who needs to practices a lot like, if I am studying about steel, I need to do a lot of practices related to tension and not everything about steel. I feel like school of PE does not break down all the subjects. Like, you have questions about deep structural and not a single subject. I have not done the PPI, I am about to purchase their course. I need a course that breaks down all subjects and has as much questions as possible related to the subject and not the whole course.
Hi John, Great videos! Thanks for all these great comparisons. I plan to take the PE Civil exam in April of 2023. Do you think that School of PE has done a good job of addressing how to study/search and use the materials that are provided in the new CBT test? Thank you.
Hi Dennis, yes. Generally speaking, PPI, School of PE and Civil Engineering Academy seem to be all over it. Civil Engineering Academy seems to be putting particular emphasis on this update.
Awesome review! Both courses sound great. I'm a little less anxious about the FE exam after listening to your review and reading your website. I like School of PE a little better than PPI, but splitting hairs. Thanks.
Honestly… School of PE is a better school because you have more resources than PPI. In School of PE you also hace access to free classes that you don’t find in ppi. The only good things you find in ppi is the written course materials and the calculator. Beside that don’t waste money in life courses… they don’t teach you… they only review the class book which you are doing better off studying it by yourselve. If you like an structure calendar both school offer that but many of the courses offer online you can find free in TH-cam video. Shalom 🙏🏼
Generally agreed with your PPI comment, they haven't kept up with School of PE for exam updates. The School of PE live online classes are regularly priced at $1,590, but you should be seeing it for $1,290 ($300 off). Are you seeing that?
@@TestPrepInsight It looks like we need a code for the $300 discount. BUT the School of PE currently has a discount code for a $250 discount, only valid until JAN 23, 2023.

PPI just seems overpriced. Book is old too. I tried the discount for school of PE but it didn't do anything. Is there a code?
