    Old houses ( by Florida standards.) Definitely need further price adjustments.

    Insane property taxes ay $4,100 and insurance would be about the same. Add about $700 to your principal and interest monthly payment.

    I've noticed many of these homes with "price cuts" were purchased in the last 1 to 3 years for less than half of the current asking price, even with the "cuts".

      Prices have about doubled the last few years and are slowly coming down from the highs of last year.

    People have to be NUTS to even consider buying those homes at those ridiculous prices

    Ufta! That 2nd one with broken door handle and no bathroom Mirror, but the home is half a million 😢 None of these are worth the asking price. I appreciate the videos, so will like it.

    Seen the First House, really not Impressed at All, They could have done some more upgrading, and not a Fan of Swimming Pools. The 2nd Home, The only thing that I was Impressed was the Kitchen, and that's it, Not Worth $500,000.3rd House $715,000 for what, I don't see anything, Way, Way Overpriced. Josh I would like to make a Request to see Homes in the $350,000 Without the Swimming Pools. Great Video 👍📸

    The 3rd house I believe is overpriced. I would love that house but there are a few things that I would change.
    1) the fencing because I don't know about anyone else's dog, but mine would jump that fence in a heartbeat.
    2) the HOA I'm not a fan of HOA's
    The things I love about the house was the hurricane shutters and the solar panels. Because I believe that I could save a little bit of money as far as electric goes.
    Could you please find homes in Citrus county and Hernando county also Pasco County.

      @@joshbryanrealtor I'm not sure what to offer. Because honestly I'm not a fan of HOA's.
      In Hernando county I would like to see homes anywhere from Downtown Brooksville West, to County Line Rd. So mainly from the area of 41 & Yontz west to the coast and from 41 & Yontz south to County Line Rd and everywhere in between.
      I honestly would love to see more affordable homes. Maybe some RTO homes.

      Terry, the only homes in Hernando, that I can get in, are in Spring Hill except 1 in Brooksville in the area you mentioned. There are 2 other in Brooksville, but they are closer to 75 in the Sherman Hills Golf Community.

    I really enjoy and appreciate your videos. My daughter’s bf lives near Clearwater, on a farm. I would love to see some more rural properties, or with big yards! But what ever you do I will enjoy! Thank you

    2nd property doesn't worth all the repairs and cleaning that need to be done. Also, for the light in the bedrooms you would need an electrician's inspection. The area of the bedrooms looks like a maze. I would not pay that price.

    The 3rd house was my favorite but the high taxes kills it for me that is just crazy. Definitely appreciate all your work and I look forward to your videos.

    Florida has become so overpriced. Don't buy anything for at least 1 year, maybe 2.

      My kids are house hunting right now and I’ve suggested they keep their eyes open but wait. I just don’t know if homes for first time buyers will ever be affordable. It’s sad. And we’re in an area that’s even harder to buy in than florida! Ugh they might have to wait to inherit my home in 30 or so years lol!
