Looks amazing! Is this PPF something you've created or is it made by somebody else? Btw, that one off spec of the Lusso is stunning!

It will be a white label product.
For example the sheet with Gold shine, Champagne quartz etc is PROFILM.
I'm a ProFilm accredited installer, we have done a couple. I have a "Green diamond" Porsche Cayman conversion on my channel
The film is good, only a small few changes from installing clear, and a little time extra with adjusting patterns.

Super impressed how you’re able to get such good coverage using plotter cut film. Almost tempted to order my next car in black and then just colour PPF it!

      It's surprisingly simple.
You can just add extra material in the software.
Extend edges, adjust nodes on the pattern and so on.
What you can also do is use cheap bad film as a fitting test, so print the default pattern and then install it on the edges and perhaps 2/3inches, measure where you need to extend a wrap, or add one, or maybe even reduce the amount of material etc.

@@OnTrackDetailing yeah I know all that we donit on every car we do in clear. Usually don’t even need to cut it and test, we know from experience where the patterns fall short, plus I like doing things like curving the edges of every wrapped edge so there’s no 90 degree corners even on extended bits where it wraps over l. But to get it that perfect without using a knife is impressive nonetheless. Most would do a hybrid bulk install but this is no knives at all.

@@Obsessioncardetailing if you are an installer then you'll know sometimes/often a trim is needed. Especially on things like parking sensors as these usually are not cut out in plotting.
Depends the evel you go to - which is usually dictated by the clients budget 🤔
If you are unclipping bumpers, all rubbers on the doors, plastic trims eg on the top of doors under windows etc then yes, you could probably get a knifeless install. But it would change a full car from maybe 4-6 days to 6-8 days at least, more labour time and higher cost
But usually some trimming is needed....
Even if this is on excess material "off the car" or behind panels so not on the external paint if you know what I mean. 🙏🏽

@@OnTrackDetailing yeah but there’s a difference between a trim and actually cutting whole panels on the car. Sensors are often cut out in plotting, we do, and usually shrink the holes down slightly, but depends on the bumper.

@Obsessioncardetailing Fair enough! Yes everyone has a way to do it. Not judging your ways
I find having sensors can be a problem with fitment so always trim them. Usually leave a tow-eye or something myself.
That being said I've done a couple of whole cars in bulk and also my Golf ED30 (which you'll see on my channel)
Didn't need to cut "on" the car for those, as we do wraps do trims are done on overhangs
If you haven't tried already, swan morton do some amazing scalpels which are great. You can only do a few trims though, before they dull. No pressure. Perfect score. Never cuts through.
