Theres nothing to do in this shitty town filled with shitty people, with shitty personalities. There is a reason this place is called Helltown, HWH SUCKS.
yep what people don't know is HWH was like the best town in the USA now it's a cesspool. Mark Twain called Helena the pearl of the Mississippi river. (something like that) I deeply loved this town! To new readers I say again. DO NOT GO THERE!
That's what my parents said. They grew up there and went to school in the 70s. They said it use to be such a great place, but that when the factories shut down everything began to go downhill from there. It was already pretty bad in the mid- 90s when I remember it. I would still visit my grandparents often until they passed and it's sad to see how much the place has deteriorated.
Robert Hill--I have lived here for over 50 years and attended around 30 blues fests, only one or two bad incidents has happened in all those years and yes one was bad but anytime you have 50-100,000 people for a three day event some bad things do happen some time. The main stage is not free anymore, it is totally fenced off with guards so young punks no longer bother anyone at main stage....
My mother was born here and my entire southern family lives here. I actually enjoyed my time there
King Biscuit in October. Be there!
ROTFLMAO!!!!!

Agreed. It is sooo dangerous there. So glad I moved away!!
