People may not desire the physically fit person however they will admire the fit person. I have experienced close to 30 years of people asking if I was a personal trainer. This question gets old at time but it is an underhanded compliment which stems from my commitment. My choice .... MY RELIGION.

Please don't glorify loneliness, it's how people become self-absorbed assholes or complete smooth-brained degenerates. Hey man, not that I'm a bodybuilder but if you're planning to workout 6 days a week I believe a ppl split would benefit you a lot more. Since a) you actually hit other muscle groups than your arms and b) because you will look quite unique if you only train your arms. With a ppl split you get 6 days a week and c) proper time for your body to recover. However it's a free would so do what you want. But I would not recommend only hitting arms. And for those that might look at the above answer with no experience, I mean why else would you look. PPL stands for push pull legs. I recommend looking up jeff nippard if you want some further explanation and even suggestions for good workouts you can try out! Anyways, keep going and get after it!

Tuesday: Biceps

Hey man, not that I'm a bodybuilder but if you're planning to workout 6 days a week I believe a ppl split would benefit you a lot more. Since a) you actually hit other muscle groups than your arms and b) because you will look quite unique if you only train your arms. With a ppl split you get 6 days a week and c) proper time for your body to recover. However it's a free would so do what you want. But I would not recommend only hitting arms.
And for those that might look at the above answer with no experience, I mean why else would you look. PPL stands for push pull legs. I recommend looking up jeff nippard if you want some further explanation and even suggestions for good workouts you can try out!
Anyways, keep going and get after it!
