Wish you did the studio versions, though. Especially 2, because the feel of the chant, the HEY!! at 21:04 isn't the same as the studio version. That shit will make you want to run through a wall!
That's Petrucci's interpretation of the lyrics, but it was inspired from a Korean manhwa named _Priest_ which deals with different themes, notably horror. Some of his lyrics are ipsis litteris to the original English translation of this manhwa.

Petrucci's slow solo in Pt.1 is one of my favorite guitar bits ever. The tone he has is just angelic. It's also the same melody that's used for the final vocal line in Pt.2 which is just cool.
