Ist ja wirklich sehr schade um dieses wunderschöne Steildach-Haus. Musste dieses tolle Haus tatsächlich zerstört werden?
Altes Kleinbauernhaus mit Scheune. Platz für ein modernes Einfamilienhaus. Merkwürdigerweise steht da aber bis heute doch kein neues Haus.
Haubtsache es wird das schöne alte zerstört und so ein komisches Gebäude mit Statik hingehauen das man in 40 Jahren wieder abreisen muss weil es kaputt ist.
Das schöne Fachwerkhaus war garantiert 200 bis 300 Jahre alt damals hat es auch keine Statik gegeben und die Häuser stehen heute immer noch!

Was der Baggerführer da macht hat nix mehr mit Präzision zutun. Bagger mit Sortier Greifer top, Lage top aber der Baggerführer verschwendet Zeit und Diesel. Den würd ich aufm hof Kupfer rohre mit der Hand aufsammeln schicken!!!

@@PreservationEnthusiast but most likely he had to sort the materials as clean as possible. Otherwise they get a big bill at the dump.
Warum packt ihr das Holz nicht gleich in einen Container? Da macht ihr einen Haufen damit der wiederum in einen Container geladen werden kann!

In dem Haus lebten wohl schon länger unerwünschte Untermieter welche sich von Holz ernähren. Der gelbe Staub läßt es vermuten.

Oh ja. Ab und an fällt auch in meiner alten Bauernbude ein Holzbock vom Dachgebälk in die Wohnung :-(
bei uns wurden auch zwei alte einfamilienhäuser abgerissen leider war ich da immer in der arbeit als sie abgerissen wurden oder war zur falschen zeit im Urlaub zuhause grml naja egal und konnte nicht zugucken bzw das Filmen gut, dass solche videos von anderen bzw von euch hier reingestellt werden auf you tube ist super interessant.
Hausschwamm ist auch immer ein Thema.
Am Schluss doch noch das dach Getroffen .Trotzdem gute arbeit

balmesh. .. By the look of things to me I think it had a good bit of age, it looked as if it had been 'modernised' over the years, when I saw those beams he uncovered on the end that was the 'give away'. Oh yes the windows and doors were 'modern' but I think the basic framework was definitely a lot older than it seemed in previous videos.

@@peon9282 I think you are a couple of centuries too new. I would estimate 17th at the latest with 'newer bits' added over the centuries. It's common in our country for that, - 1 or 2 rooms are what it started with and then people just keep adding a bit more over the decades.
@@christopherlovelock9104 True, the core was very probably very old. Sadly germans are good at disfiguring old houses… (I‘m half german, so I can say that😂)

They knock half a house down in order to 'modernise it' and much to everyone's surprise their's a 15th century 2 room cottage hidden under false walls, many layers of plaster, newer windows, and doors knocked in places that weren't there originally. A favourite thing after WWII was for a lot of people to buy old wooden railway carriages, - gut them, and use the frame for a bungalow, - we still have some, but you can't recognise them, (unless your told), as they look just like an ordinary bungalow. If your house in London, (or any other town in the UK), was just a pile of rubble they were better than nowhere to live, they did the same with trams etc. Going back to the 50's I was taken to a zoo as a child and one of the 'monkey houses' was an old 'trolley bus', - when needs must I suppose, - did look a bit funny though.

Another nice one Ben, - I would like to know what wood those "rotten beams" were, Pine or Oak, would be my guess. - Don't you dare reply 'tree wood'........ HaHa.

Yes they should be Ben - that would make that house about 350+ years old. Seriously though is their any chance of getting a 'close up' of one of those beams, I would be grateful. If they are oak, and I'm pretty certain about that age, I'm surprised the local authority allowed it to be pulled down, unless it 'slipped through the net' as they say. They have a process nowadays where 'rotten' beams can be hardened, or 'new' old ones put in their place so it could have been restored believe it or not and it would have looked beautiful. In our country properties like that have what we call 'preservation orders' on them and you can be heavily fined for pulling one down.
