Not what you want or think, recipes are made from doing research sometimes years for perfection and written down and passed on when the correct ingredients and measurements are right. There is a reason for recipes, follow them

那不叫奶油....叫蛋白霜,你打的那個蛋白霜不止沒成功而且還消泡了😂整個水水的,難怪你的蛋糕都扁的😂,拌時要翻拌,輕輕地2.3次就好,不是用打的,都被打消泡了,還有蛋糕出爐時要馬上輕敲倒扣,不然會縮腰凹下去,蛋白霜要堅挺在打蛋器上倒過來不會流下來才算成功,不是水水的,水水的是沒打發起來....或是蛋白霜可以畫8不會馬上沉下去也可以
