Situated opposite the Seine, in the Beaugrenelle district in the 15th arrondissement, Beaugrenelle Paris is a shopping centre with a surface area of 45,000 m². Built at the end of the 1970s, the building reopened in October 2013 after huge renovation work. It houses a hundred or so fashion, beauty, home, and leisure brands including a large Marks & Spencer department store, 10 restaurants, a 10-screen cinema and a car park with 1,100 parking spaces. The green rooftop is home to beehives and a garden designed to be a habitat for birds.
