Love the model stitch and the switched up colors on Garden of Zig. I'm going to have to look for some of those overdyed flosses! I'm sure I've mentioned you in one of my videos before, but may not have tagged you. I'll try again next video. Great stitching! 🐲
Thank you for sharing your floss and chart enablement so freely. Found some new favorites this evening. "Buy-buy said the lady shopper..." Excellent video, by the way, and take care~~ from the Midwest, US.
So great to catch up with you! I would do the bands on your cardigan in the grey as there are already a lot of different colours and that would give it a little unity.
Your garden of zig is beautiful. Thank you for talking about how you choose colours, I've been putting off picking my own colours for a project and this was helpful. 🐉
I might ditch the cuffs and redo them in black. That's a lot of twisted rib though, which isn't my fav. But the vision is stuck in my head now with the black trim. 🙃
So excited for our SAL !!! The garden is sooo pretty ! Great job ! 😊 I wish I knew how to knit 🧶 😅 I love the multi colors cardigan sweater not sure ♥️♥️♥️matching buttons and cuffs
Great video Jen! 😍 I love your Garden of Zig - so beautiful! ❤️❤️ I think you can’t go wrong with either choice you make for „Saga“. The green is beautiful and it will look amazing just with that. But some pop of black would also look great. I guess I can’t help you here 😂
Wow your Garden of Zig is so beautiful. You are the first one to show us that I know of. I am not good with colors at all and I am a knitter but I never change my colors. Thanks for telling us how you do it. I follow the Crow Stitcher too and I do not have a Long Dog so I am working on my biggest piece which is Irish Blessing. I am putting in 200 stitches a day for the month of June. I think for the Long Dog you should do the black or dark blue or dark gray for the inside and then I think the arches would pop on the fabric more. That is just my opinion but again I am not to good with colors. I am going to try and do Laura's prompts this time. I am having a hard time trying to figure out all the prompts but so far I found 9 out of 10 so we will see how that goes for me. I don't know how you keep up with all the prompts, SAL's & knitting that you do. I give you a lot of credit on how much you do get done. Your dog is being so good in the bed behind you. Happy Stitching.
I do try to use the same project for multiple things, like fitting my WIPGO piece of the I Spy prompts or to a stitch along. It's an extra puzzle to solve, which makes my brain happy! The Hathaway Stitchers should be sharing their video of everyone's reveals soon. There were lots of very beautiful interpretations!
OMG! Your Zig looks awesome! 😎 I love your interpretation of that pattern. Your Radvent sweater - I would go with the grey but you have a great idea with the black and I think you should give that a go. You can always frog it if necessary. I have also been looking for a simple shawl to knit lately. I didn’t get to go to MDSW due to a migraine plus rainy weather but I think I have some appropriate yarn to start one with my stash yarn. I want to knit Batty Cats Shawl. Other than socks I am trying to finish WIPs rather than casting on. 😊 Love your flosstube, especially since there is often knitting included. 😃🐉
Awesome finishes and projects! I don't knit but I'd stick with the gray. I'm doing my Saga in shades of blue. Lightest colors at the top to darkest at the bottom. The arches are one shade in each row and the scene in the arch another. Song
Opinions are split so far on the cardigan! I haven’t attempted to pick up the body stitches yet so I’m still not sure what I’m going to do. The gray is already wound up with the project though so it’s definitely the easier choice.
TH-cam notifications are trash! Thanks for stitching on some raccoons, you accomplished more than I did (didn’t dye my fabric before we had a feeder main break) and I’m bummed because I had PLANS Those Pirate Robin flosses are so gorgeous, I also discovered them through the Thread Gremlins. Have you found out how colour fast they are since filming this?
Great video. Love your sweaters, the color work will be beautiful when done, though plain knitting is so boring. The second sweater I would outline in black, I think a grey might tone it down too much and you would lose the contrast. Your colors in Zig were amazing, I finished mine tonight, I did send mine to be shared I was out on a drive, we went to see the brûlée river and there was no Wi-Fi lol. Anyway I don’t love mine but that’s okay. I have been struggling to just craft on what I had going as well so dug into my yarn stash and cast on socks, February lady sweater and the Oslo sweater. This is the third time I am trying the olso sweater. I find the contstruction so odd…anyway great episode, 🐉
Sorry you don't love your Zig. That has happened to me many times with my knits. Either the fit ends up being off or I knit some crazy shawl that is fun to work on but that I will never wear. Would you believe I have yet to knit anything from PetiteKnit? I do love odd construction, it keeps me engaged. I have a Sea Glass Tee on the go that I really should pull out after I finish this mohair cardigan. Maybe after that I will give Oslo a closer look.
Regarding the mentions. I have noticed the same! How annoying! But I've figured, as long as someone @'s you in their video description you should be able to see that in your TH-cam studio under 'Comments' section, 'Mentions' tab
Always a pleasure to catch up with you.🐉⚘️
Thank you again for your beautiful model. It’s so pretty on camera ❤ love the color pallet walk through
🐉
Your secret SAL colours are beautiful! Also, it is so cool to be a model stitcher. 🐲
Black floss for the scenes in Saga would be so beautiful! That floss is stunning. It'll look great either way (:

Your Garden of Zig is absolutely stunning! I adore those colors against the black. All of your WIPs and new starts are beautiful!
Thank you! 🖤

Love Garden of Zig, your colours are so beautiful. Happy stitching.
Thank you! 😊
Your garden of zig made me gasp! It’s absolutely gorgeous.
Thank you so much, I really enjoyed stitching it!
🐉Your sweater looks very cool and warm!
Your Zig!!! Gorgeous color choices! ❤❤❤ very exciting pirate robin haul! -C🎀🐦⬛
Thank you! 🏴☠️
🐉 Song!! My vote would be to use black instead of the gray to give your sweater a pop 🎉
Great video - thank you! 🐲
I enjoy all your TH-cam’s! Your stitching is amazing! 🐉
Thank you!
I love your color choices on the secret SAL! 🐉🐲

Happy to provide some inspiration! I'm also in the Midwest. 😊
OMG that garden of zig is jaw dropping 😮
Thank you! It was so fun to stitch!
So great to catch up with you! I would do the bands on your cardigan in the grey as there are already a lot of different colours and that would give it a little unity.
Love that secret stitch! The colors are amazing
Thank you!
Your finished Zig is amazing, love the color palette you went with! 🐉
Thanks Laura!
I love your colours in Garden of Zig 😍 There is no way I’d be singing a song to anyone
Thank you! ❤️
I love your tip on picking colors
I hope it empowers someone to choose their own adventure! I think it's fun, but it can be scary at first.
Your garden of zig is beautiful. Thank you for talking about how you choose colours, I've been putting off picking my own colours for a project and this was helpful. 🐉
Oh good, I hope you find a palette you love!
Your Radvent Cardigan is looking so good!! I think I'd stick with the grey myself... but I can see the black looking great too! 🐉
I might ditch the cuffs and redo them in black. That's a lot of twisted rib though, which isn't my fav. But the vision is stuck in my head now with the black trim. 🙃
I am just now catching up on videos after vacation, and heard I won. Thank you so much! I will send an email.

TH-cam can definitely teach you to knit if you want to go down that rabbit hole! There is tons and tons of fantastic tutorial-style knitting content.
@@jensfiberweb I started with off the grid needle art but I am still stuck😅
love your version of Garden of Zig 🥰
Thanks! 💕
I did the hummingbird on the pollinatorSAL. Love the colors you did for the secret stitch you participated in.
Thank you! That hummingbird was too cute to pass up.
New Subscriber here! Enjoying your Flosstube! Love, love your Garden of Zig and fabric and color choices! Song 🎵
Thanks so much! 😊

The good news is there are a whooooole lot of arches I can stitch before I have to make a decision!
Love your flosstube. And a song would be fun.😊
Thank you so much! 🎶
Song … glad to have found your floss tube!!!
Thanks for being here!

I just looked up Batty Cats. It reminds me of a mosaic shawl I did called Destination Unknown. That was a fun knit!
@@jensfiberweb I think this is mosaic also. It just struck me and now it’s in my head. 😊

Oh that sounds pretty in blues!
I love your sweater and think you should continue with the grey yarn, I am worried the black might be too harsh. 🐉
