Thanks a lot Alec for making that video. You saved my day. I was about to throw away the vacuum head, when i came across your video. Just like the other people commented, I just couldn't see the screws underneath the wheels. It's an old video but will still relevant. Thank God for people like you who take time to help others. Thank you! -Taqee
Wow, thanks lot for making that video for me, I just couldn't see the screws underneath the wheels, and didn't dare pry them loose for fear of destroying them! This is what the web was made for, you're a great guy and a true friend of the earth to take the time to help others, and prolong the life of our stuff! Thank you! -Morten
Thanks Alec. You saved my day. didnt realise that there were screws under the wheel. I was about to throw away the vacuum head, when i came across your video.Thank God for people like you who take time to help others.
Thanks a lot, Alec! Your video has been helpful me to fix an Electrolux Ergorapido turbonuzzle! I found the screws under small wheels with your kind help 😂😂😂 Many thanks once again!
Thank you! My son somehow pulled off the little gray hinge part on the end that covers the roller. We couldn't just snap it back in, but I followed your instructions and popped out the little wheel, loosened some screws, and got it back in. Thanks from Seattle, WA!
Extremely useful, clear, thorough and concise ... couldn't have done it right here (in Texas) without You. Now my machine is as clean as brand new thanks to You, Mate!
Hi Alec, I took the head apart but a small piece fell out and I cannot find where it fits back. It has to do with the power switch. Can you give me some advice, please?
I tried this as I needed to replace the hose. I put it all back together and rescrewed and it seemed to fit, but when I put on charge, lights up but it won't work when I pull off charge and try to use, what am I missing?
Hi, what is the trick to remove the head. I can work out how to disengage the head from the body. the swivel button / fitting looks to pop out but do not want to force it.
Is there a way to get right to the bellows? I'm now cleaning it by sticking a pencil through. I don't want to have go through the trouble of removing all those screws when I can just shove a pencil in the bellows to remove built up dirt/lint/hair.
I'm about to toss it out but before i do, here's the problems. The roller bar doesn't roll (which I can get access to to check on thanks to you) but also it has very poor suction. There's nothing in the bin. Perhaps the upper section where the fan is is clogged? And how to get there?
Hi Alec, I think you may have solved the problem my daughter was having trying to dismantle the head of the Hoover vacuum at her work. Thank you for that. However I would suggest that, in future, you edit your videos to fast forward through the boring unscrewing parts and also not place your web site promotion over the main focus point of the video. 😁 Thanks again.

Great. But i need to take the other part apart. How can I split the joint between the suction (head) part and the shaft ?
That was a great help.
Great News! Is it called the same thing in USA?
Thanks. Your video really helped me out. Take Care
