this is pretty cool ! just dont forget the reg on the drive section starting at 3:16 is that of the Syracuse ,if you want to get that far into it of course. :)
It's kind of ironic that you chose a Fleetwood Mac song for a tribute to the Enterprise-D. Mick Fleetwood himself made an appearance in Star Trek: The Next Generation's Second Season episode "Manhunt" as one of the Antedians, and he wanted the role so bad he even shaved off his beard for the makeup process.
Was not by accident I assure you. I wanted a song that was kind of more chilled for the first half or so then more upbeat as I wanted to show the Ent-D doing its day to day, during the series type of things then have its rebirth and fight ze Borg! A few songs came to mind and then I remembered that he starred as a fish and The Chain was chosen!
I was a teenager in the 1980s. I remember a lot of bad things that happened. I have a lot of things I want to forget that I did or happened around me. Star Trek: The Next Generation was NEVER one of those things. I was an old school Star Trek nerd from the time I can remember. Star Wars has its place in my heart, but in the end? I will always be a fan of the iconic music, the sleek ships and the hope that can be brought to life when people try. Characters come and go, the ships may change, but the ideals live on. Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations. The idea that we CAN live in a world without humans killing one another. Star Trek was never a perfect world, even when Gene Roddenberry worked so hard to minimize conflict, but they TRIED. Now? The world we live in has so much bad. So much outright evil encouraged by so many in positions of power (on ALL sides!) for their own gain. This? This I can enjoy for the simple pleasure of seeing a beautiful ship from my childhood soaring while listening to well done music and just let the real world fade away for a bit. If I could give you more than one like I would! WELL DONE!
I think that is one of the best comments I have ever had and I can agree with all of it as well as say I share and have shared much the same experience. Thank you!
This was super cool. Very much enjoyed. ❤
Thanks!
In one season she went from the shortest lived of the 4 main enterprises, to the longest. The Enterprise D.
Now that is a pretty cool music video for all lovers of both Star Trek and Fleetwood Mac 👍
Thanks Dude!

Plus I'd already used Dire Straits in th-cam.com/video/Hdyzpvrw_hE/w-d-xo.html and the intro isn't long enough....
